We had an amazing experience at Pizza to the Rescue! The service was amazing and our server was super friendly and helpful with making suggestions since it was our first time there. The food was incredible! We had the margarita pizza and spicy rigatoni and they were both delicious! We’ll definitely be coming back!

HOW IT STARTED
Four brothers and 30 years ago- a small Italian restaurant was born in Tempe, serving beef subs, Grandpa Cesare's sausage recipe, Grandma Cleone's spaghetti sauce, cheesecake, and our original deep dish pizza.

Our little Nello's grew into an award winning "Best of Phoenix" restaurant year after year, after year... after year. Family recipes, family genius and family drama all keep Nello's going 30 years later to new generations of pasta and pizza connoisseurs.

A FEW THINGS THAT MAKE NELLO’S AHWATUKEE UNIQUE:
We are the only Nello’s location to use a wood fire oven, which was imported from Italy.
Our pasta is made in-house daily.
We stretch our own mozzarella.
Some of our meats are smoked and cured in-house.
All desserts are made from scratch in-house.
We support local Arizona farms by purchasing their seasonal produce whenever possible.

Really enjoyed the outside, 2nd floor, covered patio dining overlooking the main Sedona central shopping street. Food and drinks were good, but not remarkable from other Mexican restaurants.

The food and drinks were amazing. This restaurant is on the pricier side, but you have excellent waiters and waitresses who are super attentive to you while dining. Plus, your meals and drinks are tasty, if something isn’t right, just ask for help. Plus, you get to hear music, sounds, and the animatronics moving. I’ll be back.

Absolute amazing service! They were accepting of young children and had a great selection of meals for everyone. The menu featured an amazing variety for most diet types that infused the ingredients that can be found among the natural grown crops in Arizona! Shoutout those green chiles! LOVED everything about this place and when we return to travel up to the Grand Canyon we will return here as well.
