Brigit & Bernard's Garden Café is a German gem located in central Kahului of Maui, Hawaii. Swiss-born Chef and Owner Bernard Weber prepares each and every dish from scratch. No prepared sauces, all hausmade from scratch using the freshest ingredients. Come explore this unique "hole in the wall" for a unique German-Swiss experience!

We have a 15 minute grace period. We have limited inside seating and vast options for outside seating. If you have a preference between inside or outside seating, please leave us a note in your reservation.

Sansei has a variety of scrumptious sushi and seafood items that are legendary. Sansei serves incredibly delectable dishes such as our famous miso butter fish, shrimp dynamite, steak, grilled pork chops, smoked duck and delicious noodles. Please come and bring the Ohana as we accommodate walk-in guests. Walk-in wait times vary due to flow of the restaurant they could be as little as 30 minutes or upward of 1.5 hours. Please be advised we have not opened sushi bar seating since closing due to Covid.

My father, Manoli Placourakis, was born in 1925 and raised on the largest of all the Greek Islands, Crete...where the weather and water are beautiful year-round, where seafood, vegetables, and fruit are plentiful and where the bread, cheese and wine are all handcrafted, the old fashioned way. Rhonda and I are raising our son, named after my father and born on Maui in 2004, on a beautiful island with similar qualities to my father's birthplace. This leads us to Manoli's Pizza Company. Our fare here at Manoli's is centered on fresh, organic, and sustainable products whenever possible in crafting all of our pizzas, salads, and even when choosing the wines on our list. Manoli's is where healthful, flavorful foods and beverages come together in a place where friends and family meet.

We enjoyed our visit to the brewery and got to taste several beers that we were very happy with - hoppy IPAs, nitro stouts, etc. as well as a great mai tai! We ordered happy hour food, and were a little disappointed with the nachos - LOTS of dry chips, not enough guac or sour cream - the truffle fries were great, as was the huli huli chicken.
