Das Black Cat Farm Table Bistro serviert marktfrische Küche mit handverlesenen Produkten vom hauseigenen 52 Hektar großen Bauernhof. After celebrating more than 40 years of success with his first restaurant, Sushi Den, Chef Toshi reconnects with his roots, paying deep respect to Edomae tradition—a 200-year-old Tokyo-style sushi that honors the integrity of each ingredient through authentic Japanese techniques. Kizaki offers Denver’s first true expression of Edomae-style sushi, with an omakase menu featuring approximately 20 courses showcasing raw, cured, seared, cooked, and dry-aged preparations. We offer a full bar, along with thoughtfully curated sake pairings, wine pairings, and a unique combination of sake and wine pairings to further elevate your Omakase experience. Omakase will start soon all guests arrive. Omakase at the counter or table is $225 before tax. Drinks, extra pieces of Sushi, and gratuities are not included.
