Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. Our waiter was Jason and he did an excellent job. The entire staff worked seamlessly. The food was delicious. We also had a lovely booth facing the street with city view. It was a lovely evening experience.

I really appreciate this Ocean Prime location for business lunches. The atmosphere is great. The food is always great. Our server Zach was great. And in addition to Zach, other members of the staff would check to see if we needed anything when they walked by. Definitely will be back here again soon.

The staff was gracious, knowledgeable and so very friendly. Our server, Gray, was very sweet and relatable to our kids and Chef Anthony stopped by our table which was a treat. The mussels were 'best ever' according to our 12 yr old, and I've been eating Seared Tuna at Jax for decades .. and this current entree is incredible. Don't miss the Key Lime Brulee. We celebrated my wife's birthday and she was raving even the next day. Thanks Team Jax!
