After celebrating more than 40 years of success with his first restaurant, Sushi Den, Chef Toshi reconnects with his roots, paying deep respect to Edomae tradition—a 200-year-old Tokyo-style sushi that honors the integrity of each ingredient through authentic Japanese techniques. Kizaki offers Denver’s first true expression of Edomae-style sushi, with an omakase menu featuring approximately 20 courses showcasing raw, cured, seared, cooked, and dry-aged preparations. We offer a full bar, along with thoughtfully curated sake pairings, wine pairings, and a unique combination of sake and wine pairings to further elevate your Omakase experience. Omakase will start soon all guests arrive. Omakase at the counter or table is $225 before tax. Drinks, extra pieces of Sushi, and gratuities are not included.
