First time I left really happy. No waiting time, food was delicious and CHEFCITO was amazing. Have been there a lot of times and It was always an issue. Manager was also very nice and friendly

I’ve been going to this location for many years and usually have a good or great experience. We went for my son’s birthday and unfortunately this was the worst Benihana experience I can remeber having. The grill wasn’t clean, the chef arrived almost an hour after we ordered, many tables who sat after us already had a chef, the waitress disappeared until the end and the entire operation felt chaotic and unprofessional. Sad to see this happen and know we won’t be back anytime soon.

Way too crowded! Used every inch to just cram people in. Not enjoyable at all. No elbow room at all. Can’t even walk in what’s supposed to be the walkway. Will never return.

Took my kids because they like the whole “show” of it. Chef rushed through dinner. Seemed very interested in what the other chefs were doing, almost like he was in a race? The ventilation system didn’t seem to be working well, there was smoke everywhere. So much that we were coughing because of it at one point. Even the free photo the took of us was so clouded due to it. Food was good but nothing great. We really come for the “show”.

Our chef was great he was funny. However, there was a long wait in between chefs. The food was ok.

We sat at 9:20. Didn’t get our food until after 10pm. Waiter got my drink wrong 3 times before bringing the right one. Another party joined us, left our group because they felt it was too crowded and their table of 2 got their food cooked by a chef and the chef FINISHED before we even got our chef sent to us. Horrible

Wait time was an hour after our reservation time. Chef didn’t recognize the difference between a Filet Mignon and New York Strip.
