I was disappointed as it was for a birthday. The waitress took the chef coupon for a birthday from us and there was another birthday at our table that wasn’t with us. When she brought dessert, they only sang and had a candle for the other party at our table and not ours. I had to ask for tea refills too. The food took quite a long time and the chef wasn’t that good. The shrimp was a bit over cooked and the chicken was dry. I’m sad because we have been coming here for years. I kept thinking it was an off day for them but it’s been mediocre the last few times we came.

Apparently our server went to lunch without telling anyone. We were out of drinks for a long time yet no one would come to our table to ask if we needed anything. It took so long that someone had to get up to ask for the check. Also the waiting time was crazy, our reservation was at 2:00 PM we were seated quickly but from the time they took our order it took an hour for someone to come to us and start cooking our food.

The waiting for cook wad excessive! After getting seated, we had to wait45 minutes to get a cook to start cooking for our party. Not good!!!

The food was delicious, and the server and chef were considerate of one of our party's dietary needs as a plant-based eater and with egg allergies. They showed no frustration or irritation; they just wanted to be sure to get it right. The family at our table was kind but respectful of our party's conversations with one another. Our server started a bit "sharp" but quickly eased up and found a kind groove and rhythm for the table. Two of the party were so thrilled that they signed up for the Benihana rewards program, which allowed us to get points on our meal right then and there. It was a fun celebration overall.

First time I left really happy. No waiting time, food was delicious and CHEFCITO was amazing. Have been there a lot of times and It was always an issue. Manager was also very nice and friendly

I’ve been going to this location for many years and usually have a good or great experience. We went for my son’s birthday and unfortunately this was the worst Benihana experience I can remeber having. The grill wasn’t clean, the chef arrived almost an hour after we ordered, many tables who sat after us already had a chef, the waitress disappeared until the end and the entire operation felt chaotic and unprofessional. Sad to see this happen and know we won’t be back anytime soon.
