   I had made reservations to celebrate Mothers Day for a party of 9 WELL in advance for 7:30pm. The day of, one hour before my reservation I received a call from the restaurant advising me that they are behind schedule on reservations! How this happens, no explanation! They informed me that O still needed to have my party checked in at 7:30 to keep my reservation “just in case they called me ahead of time” We were eventually seated at 8:40 pm! I had ordered a kids meal for son and he never got his food. They had ran out of some of their drinks from the menu and the poor server was overwhelmed trying to keep up with other tables. We had been left waiting unattended occasionally without anyone checking in for refills. Our final bill was over $550 with absolutely NO COMPENSATION for delay or inconvenience. While the chef and the server were absolutely great, the poor management of this restaurant has got to go! I don’t think I will be returning to this location. Many people were very unhappy that night! On Mother’s Day - absolutely poor planning and managing.

   Had a 6:15pm reservation and did not get seated until 7:30pm. Manager said corporate overbooked them.

   Made reservations at 1:45. Didn’t get seated till 3pm.

   We told them that we have a walker user and just need a table with a path to get there. They told us that won’t be a problem. They placed us in the worst possible table in the corner with not enough space to walk. The server had to ask other customers to get up out of their chairs to make room for my grandpa’s walker. I know it was Mother’s Day weekend. So I didn’t say anything about the 1 hour wait after our reservation but seriously…. It was such a walk to get to our table and it was definitely was not accessible. Luckily we did not bring the wheelchair. This place is not ADA accessible.

   On this day, the restaurant blamed the 3rd party app that it over booked reservations because it was a 45 to 60 minutes wait even though we had reservations still!! Horrible to say because what was the point of reservations if we are still going to have to wait? The food was ehhhh. Not worth the price. First time here, last time here as well.

   Severely overbooked by 3rd party app (OpenTable). Had to wait an additional hour past our 5pm reservation. Bad experience.
