Took my kids because they like the whole “show” of it. Chef rushed through dinner. Seemed very interested in what the other chefs were doing, almost like he was in a race? The ventilation system didn’t seem to be working well, there was smoke everywhere. So much that we were coughing because of it at one point. Even the free photo the took of us was so clouded due to it. Food was good but nothing great. We really come for the “show”.

Wait was 1 hour after reservation time. No notification was given prior. Very disappointed.

I did not get seated for over 1 hour after my reservation. I understand it was a busy day. Please do something for me for the inconvenience of my time. Service was slow. I had to ask for everything I needed forks, more water, ice-cream. For such an expensive meal my group sho I ld have been treated better.

Came in for Father’s Day yesterday at 4:30pm with a reservation, only to find that I had to wait 1-1.5 hrs to be seated. The host even told me that this happens every holiday and that corporate won’t change things. Horrible business practice. I eventually got seated after an hour. A second thing that happened was the chef messed up cracking an egg but instead of grabbing another just played it off like it was nothing and never got another for the fried rice. Horrible service, standards, and chefs

This restaurant overbooked (deliberately per their own staff’s admission) such that when our party arrived for a 4pm reservation we were not seated until 5:15pm. Other parties arriving were told they were “behind” and customers would need to wait an additional 1 to 1.5 hours. Apparently, this is a common occurrence on weekends and holidays and the management claims they have no control over their reservation system. Either way, the outside waiting area was full of disgruntled customers who, frankly, had nowhere else to go because it was too late to get a reservation elsewhere. Overall, a terrible experience.

I waited for an hour and a half to be told my table was ready. Then, my party of two was told to stand next to the host desk. After standing there form another ten minutes, we said forget it! Unacceptable.
