Beaver Creek Chophouse
Slow Cooked Pork Shank*
creamy polenta, natural jus, bacon wrapped asparagus
Creekstone Farms Prime Bone-In Ribeye*
Server was wonderful and let us know the pork dish was enough for two!
Fun night sitting outside under the stars. Had a very fun waiter and service was good. My steak came out cold though…. But overall nice dinner.
Great wonderful waitress
Lovely music and delicious food!
Always a favorite when in town. Great food and service’
Location in Beaver Creek Village at the foot of one of the gondolas is attractive. Service was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. Food was very good, though prices are quite high.
The wine was warm and way over priced ($20 bottles selling for ~$100) - the food was good but served without steak knives - the sides were crazy small - nothing but ordinary coffee for desert. The steak tasted fine but overall it was all the other things that added up to a disappointing experience.
Magician was a fantastic addition to our dinner experience!
We wanted to sit on the patio, but ended up inside which was probably good because a large group of "drinking" men were on the patio.
Wonderful drinks and food!
The best view!
Went for our anniversary dinner and wasn’t thrilled. Server was blah, prices were expensive and steak wasn’t great. Crab legs were good but was $89. Used to be one of our favorite places and not sure we will go back!
Way too loud. A magician going table to table? What is this, Chuck E Cheese? Dropping $300 for dinner we wanted a nice evening of conversation, food and wine. Instead we had to ask to be moved to the least loud place. On the positive side our server Kathleen was outstanding and the food very good.
Average food with an excessive price.
The reputation was high as one of the best places in town. Our expectations were not met. We were sat in the bar area when there were plenty of tables in the dining room. The hostesses were poorly dressed for the atmosphere. The food taste was good, not great. The presentation of the food was terrible. Plain white plates with no color or no flare. The Caesar salad could have been served at Denny’s. The filet was orders medium well and came out medium rare and had to be sent back. No specials. The service was mediocre. No checking back after being served. The martini I had was delicious. That was a positive point. The restaurant needs a renovation. $200 for two people. The value is not there. Would never recommend it.
Very busy but service was great. Always enjoy this place. Steaks cooked perfectly
Such a beautiful location. New York steak was cooked perfectly and the Bernaise was yummy. Our waiter Matt was very attentive but not overly so. The chicken was so/so. It was fried too long and dried out. The mashed potatoes and gravy were good though.
Expensive, slow & not very good service. Overall disappointing meal.
The food and waitstaff were good. The hostess was rude, did not honor our reservation for a table in the main restaurant and said we could sit next to the bar or on the patio even though there were 20 available tables in the main room. She was off putting during our interactions and was outright rude. Will not go back there.
Expensive for mediocre. We love the magician that comes around he is so nice and entertaining but the rest is just so so. Of course the location is wonderful but the decor seems dingy and the food is just ok.
The hostesses and staff were friendly and welcoming. The old school red steakhouse look is charming and the view with the large open doors in INCREDIBLE. However the green beans were undercooked, the Brussels were overcooked and the rest of the food was average. We’d probably dine again at the end of a winter ski day if a table was available simply because of the great location.
Fabulous! 3 perfectly cooked filets, 1 perfectly tender pork shank, and several delicious salads and sides! Everything was wonderful!
The food was delicious - had the trout and hubby had the filet. Both cooked perfectly. Great crab cakes for appetizer. Made to order manhatten - great cocktails. Looks out over the ski slope - doors open - lovely fresh air.
Great place to have wonderful dinning experience, w/great food, staff was very attentive to our needs.
They should take the fried chicken of the menu. It was all breading no meat - terrible.
But our server, Ken. Was awesome!
The food and service were excellent. Having Dan the magician there made our visit!
Ambiance and food was outstanding. Service was efficient and yet relaxed. Everything was served properly.
We had a wonderful dinner at the Beaver Creek Chop House. Kathleen was our server and she was excellent. Would highly recommend it!
The service improved once Ken took over. He saved the day from a poor service review
One of the best steaks I have had recently.
Great food that never disappoints. Crab cakes and the burger are a must. Great kids menu. We had Norah take care of us and she was outstanding. Went above and beyond to make our night amazing.
Disappointed in Chophouse. Overpriced for average food. We used to really enjoy this place.. views were great, service was fine.
Had a beautiful dinner to celebrate our daughter’s engagement! Sat outside on a beautiful, cool evening. The staff was super nice. The drinks, apps, and meal were perfect. Will definitely visit again!
This is our favorite restaurant in the area the views are amazing. Our meal was fantastic
It was only 61 degrees & breezy on the outside patio and there were no heaters!
$20 for a mid brand martini is absurd.
Great location and view.
My Yukon gold mashed potatoes tasted great but were almost cold when served.
Great place to enjoy a wonderful meal. The steak and Chilean sea bass were outstanding and the flourless chocolate cake couldn't have been better. Salad portions are huge so you might want to share!
Disaster re-opening! Maybe wait awhile until they can rehire help. Great location and view.
Great settings. The high top table was a little hard to navigate being 8 months pregnant but that was on me to say something. Service was attentive. However it was a little awkward being right next to the bar. While the staff seems to get along great and I’m all for joviality, some staff conversations were a little awkward with patrons right there. Food was good and served quickly.
Server wasn’t readily available, unfriendly, and unwilling to even ask for simple variations. Views and atmosphere are outstanding.
The food was good overall. I thought the lobster Mac n cheese was the best thing we had followed by the Brussels sprouts. The Brussels sprouts had a perfect pomegranate kick to it. We also ordered the Fillet mignon(it was a. It over cooked when it was ordered to be extremely rare) and the bone in ribeye. The cuts were exact but overall favor was good but nothing to be amazed about. The service was really great. I would recommend going here as a more backup plan if you couldn’t get in to mountain standard, matsuhisa, northside kitchen, or etc. this place is still a great competition restaurant for WYLD. The ambiance was alright but not the best date night atmosphere. The lights were a bit too bright but it gave you the feel of being in velvet room at the club with with your children. Overall, The Gasque-Spot score is a 3.5/5. A good restaurant but nothing special. I would recommend this spot for families. The price for service meets, but not the quality.
Great location directly across from the Centennial lift and Gondola. Beautiful views and great food.
