BCN Taste & Tradition, the name gives a nod to Barcelona and the meld of traditional and modern Spanish cuisine. Chef Luis Roger relocated from Girona, Spain - trained under Michelin Chef Ferran Adria at elBulli- and taught at the renowned culinary school Aula Gastronomica de l’Emporada.

Located on a 1920’s era Victorian home in the trendy Montrose/Museum District (4210 Roseland St.). BCN Taste & Tradition will recreate an authentic Spanish style dining experience with unparalleled service. The menu will showcase all the fantastic, cutting-edge haute cuisine that put Spain on the world stage.

Credit card info required for reservations larger than 5 guests. A $50/person fee will be charged if you are unable to cancel within 48 of your scheduled time or if your party decreases in size within 24 of your reservation. No fee will be assessed for transferring the reservation to a different name.

A wonderful experience as usual. Food is spectacular. We did feel a bit rushed, due to our late 7:45 reservation time. Seemed like staff's main concern was getting us out the door by 10:00.

It was fun to try some fun Gin drinks and the appetizers were amazing. I had the branzino and it was just marginal. My husband had the lamb chops which were pretty good. It was good not great.

Sadly this Michelin restaurant is losing it. Last two visits were very disapointing. First one, our server got hold of the wrong bottle of wine and mixed in my cup and pretended that i will drink it like that. I had to tell him to get me a new cup. Last night, there was a hair in the octopus dish, then after corteously talk to the manager we were ignored for a while and at the end had to call a server in order to get wine from our bottle. Total disappointment.

Service was beyond and above while being on the table, but we made an appointment for an specific time, we arrive 10 min early to our appointment and 10 min after us another party of 3 as us arrive and they were seated first with no explanation and we stay waiting another 15 mins

We were very well received, the service was very good, the gin-based aperitifs were good and beautiful, the food was very pleasant, we had products with a lot of flavors and well presented from appetizers until the Lemond tart and its strawberrys It was really a very good time. we recommend this address without doubt.
