Barolo Grill, an award winning Cherry Creek North restaurant, prides itself on serving authentic northern Italian food while maintaining a comfortable, elegant ambience. Known for hand crafted modern Northern Italian cuisine, a Wine Spectator Grand Award winning wine cellar, and knowledgeable, attentive staff, Barolo can be a perfect choice for a special occasion or just a fun night out. Chef Darrel Truett's cuisine focuses on the Northern Italian provinces of Piedmont and Tuscany. Seasonally changing menus feature locally sourced ingredients, proudly supporting regional farms and producers. Owner and wine director Ryan Fletter are proud to feature small family wineries that are dedicated to Earth-friendly farming and winemaking philosophies. Barolo Grill has one of the largest collections of Barolo wines outside of Italy.

    We are so excited to welcome winemaker Danilo Drocco from the iconic Nino Negri winery in Valtellina to the restaurant on Thursday, May 8th! We are planning to go to Valtellina on our upcoming Annual Staff Trip to Italy, and are excited to get a taste of the region beforehand! Valtellina is home to some of the most heroic viticulture of Nebbiolo; the terraced vineyards are on incredibly steep slopes that allow their local 'Chiavannasca' (aka Nebbiolo) to ripen and reflect all of the subtle differences of the terroir. Nino Negri has been making wines for over 100 years! We'll taste through a progression of their unique Alpine Nebbiolos in all their delicious forms, alongside a fantastic four course meal. We hope you'll join us for what is sure to be a memorable evening! Thursday, May 8th 6:00pm Reception 6:30pm Dinner $225 all-inclusive ticket includes food, wine, tax, and tip.

    We are so excited to welcome Julia Springeth from Cantina Terlano in Alto Adige to the restaurant on Thursday, May 15th! Cantina Terlano is one of the oldest (est 1893) and one of the best cooperatives in the world.  We visited the winery on a Staff Trip to Italy a few years back, and are so excited to renew our love of their wines! Julia Springeth has worked for Cantina Terlano since 2015, but her connection with Terlano started when she was just a child, as her parents are winegrowers and members of the cooperative. We'll transport ourselves to this unique corner of Italy by sampling a variety of Cantina Terlano's whites, reds, and even a rose, alongside a fantastic four course meal. We hope you'll join us for what is sure to be a memorable evening! Thursday, May 15th 6:00pm Reception 6:30pm Dinner $225 all-inclusive ticket includes food, wine, tax, and tip.

                                      We had the tasting menu to celebrate a milestone anniversary. Each bite was exquisite. My favorite was the chocolate dessert which was a feast of chocolates complemented by passion fruit. I may have to return just for those tastes!

                                      Brooke was amazing and made the whole experience so perfect! We were celebrating hubby’s birthday, and it was definitely special. The food was amazing. I especially enjoyed the cheesecake. Dessert best I’ve ever had!

                                      Barolo Grill is as perfect as a restaurant gets. 5Stars across the board since we first dined there in 1994. Consistency mixed with impeccable service, nice creativity from the kitchen and a stellar wine list, it is our favorite!

                                      Great service, delicious food. Found it kind of odd that I received a stern message telling me not to arrive even a minute before my reservation because of a lack of waiting area. Understand the situation but maybe rephrase the message, it comes across as not very hospitable.
