   What a fantastic view and wonderful evening overall. We had the sample appetizer and every bite was delicious. We especially loved the coconut shrimp and lumpia. Both of our entrees were delicious and the wait staff checks on us enough, not too much. It was a very enjoyable dinner, thank you!

   We really enjoyed celebrating our anniversary here tonight. The waiter never came to refill our water so we ran out pretty early and were hoping he would come by. Otherwise it was a wonderful evening. The piña colada was fantastic! My whole fish dish was delicious. The view was outstanding, as always.

   We loved our experience at the Bali hai restaurant today. The food and drinks were excellent. We highly recommend them for brunch.

   We go to the Bali Hai for my husband's birthday every year, this year did not disappoint.

   A stalwart, an institution, a piece of San Diego history. Glad it still stands. A great place for special events with loved ones.

   A little disappointing since it was a buffet that we paid for. We checked in for our 1:45 reservation right on time, but they were about 20 to 30 minutes behind on getting tables seated. That’s a bummer when they end buffet service right at 2:45. To top that off, they didn’t have clean plates available when we returned for our second trip to the buffet. $80 price per person plus 5% surcharge for about 30 minutes of eating and no clean plates available is a big disappointment. Staff is always so pleasant which I do appreciate.

   Beautiful location, and views of San Diego Bay. The service was prompt and everyone was attentive to us. The cocktails are solid, and the menu is varied/interesting. My wife and I were both very happy with our entres and the side we shared. We shared a tasty dessert as well, and overall had a very enjoyable, satisfying evening. We will return.

    Such a classic San Diego venue. Food and service are very good. The ambiance and views are amazing.
