   Been coming to Bali Hai off and on for many years, usually for large events and I'd have to say today was very disappointing. Came with a group of 5 for Mother's Day and had no issues checking in and seated immediately on the patio. 4 to 5 stars for that segment of the morning. The disappointment was in the food options. Considering the price points for such a special day, there was very limited options, considering they advertise themselves as Polynesian. There was only one meat station for prime rib, but no other meat options. The egg station was good to go along with the cold and warm seafood options but very lacking on sides and what I would consider traditional stuff considering it's a Polynesian breakfast. There was no fried rice or no regular rice, potatoes other starches and other dishes associated with again the Polynesian culture and its food. The only potatoes were breakfast potatoes, but nothing else and those are very dry. The sweet selection was at the par. For $80+ per person, the options certainly did not match the options.

   I had the Seared Salmon and she had the Ahi Tuna. We split the brussel sprouts (side dish). The food was excellent and the service was excellent as well. We were celebrating a birthday and the restaurant was slammed. We had a table at the window were we could watch the bay and skyline change with the setting sun. Our server was just the right amount of attentiveness and we were not rushed and allowed to enjoy our meal.

   Great looking restaurant. Food was good, but could have been better. My wife got the sea bass, and it was overcooked. Too bad we love sea bass.

   Made reservations for Friday night. Flew in from Florida. Requested window table, got it. 4 famous Mai Thais Tuna stack Peppers Then dinner; 1 whole fish, 1 seared tuna, 1 salmon and I had the short rib. All of the food and drinks were 5 star. Service gal, her name was “Joe” super pro, fast and friendly. View was amazing. Experience overall was EXCELLENT HIGHLY recommend for Fun, food, drinks and view. Yes, it is Loud. But knowing this, it did not hinder our experience in any way whatsoever. ENJOY!

   We came here for a birthday dinner date. The drinks were good. Food was good. Server was great. View and venue of restaurant was fantastic. It did get a bit loud but that’s expected for a super busy restaurant like this. 10/10 recommend

   What a fantastic view and wonderful evening overall. We had the sample appetizer and every bite was delicious. We especially loved the coconut shrimp and lumpia. Both of our entrees were delicious and the wait staff checks on us enough, not too much. It was a very enjoyable dinner, thank you!

   We really enjoyed celebrating our anniversary here tonight. The waiter never came to refill our water so we ran out pretty early and were hoping he would come by. Otherwise it was a wonderful evening. The piña colada was fantastic! My whole fish dish was delicious. The view was outstanding, as always.

   We loved our experience at the Bali hai restaurant today. The food and drinks were excellent. We highly recommend them for brunch.
