Such a wonderful night! A nice valet and welcome; sat right away to our table on the patio. It was warm and the live music was a nice calm volume. Food and drinks were outstanding. Pablo was a fantastic server—such a pro! Made our family happy and our 31st anniversary special. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Rebecca set the tone with her professional demeanor. The setting is beautiful, plenty of heaters to keep us comfy. The music adds to the ambiance. The food was delicious and served in a timely manner. A great place to take guests!

Server was rude and not engaging. Entire experience for holiday felt like a factory line. Buss boys were great - had personality and very sweet. Server seemed bothered an she was robot like. Not a holiday experience. She tried to bill my 14yo twins for adult meals. I put ages on my reservation. She should not work holidays or in serving .

Music was great but my guest thought it was a little loud… food was great. Service was fine.. probably sat there about 12 minutes before a waiter came but it was a holiday. After he took our drink order things started rolling. All good

The food was outstanding on Thanksgiving but our server… not so much :( I’ve always felt bad for people who have to work on the holidays (I know…I used to work them!) but unfortunately, our experience was here was affected. We will go back, but I would not sit in the same servers section again.

We sat outside by the fire pit and had a lovely dinner. Brianna was our server and she was so professional, efficient and genuinely kind, she clearly enjoys working with people as she does it with a huge smile on her face and in her heart. We live here year round and frequent many restaurants but we’re coming back again more often when Brianna is working because she’s so wonderful and the very best in the desert.

Given that it was Tanksgiving Dinner, they were well staffed. Not once did our server ask if we wanted a refill or another soda, and she passed by many times. Finally asked the bus boy for boxes as we had enough. And then, to top it off, they added in 20% gratuity given the day. Realize that tip means you went above expectations. I've been coming here for the last 4 years. I will look elsewhere next year.

Arnold Palmer’s is a must do if you are in Palm Springs! The bacon wrapped dates are fabulous! We were lucky enough to sit outside, there was live music and heaters so it was a very comfortable experience! Service was great, everyone was working extremely hard to ensure quick service, even at such a huge restaurant!

We had a very nice meal at Arnold Palmer’s Restaurant. We sat on the patio and listened to the fabulous guitarist while we ate. My hubby had the Pesto Crusted Mahi Mahi and he said it was outstanding! I had the Short Ribs which were very good. For dessert we had Pumpkin Crème Brûlée - my hubby doesn’t like it normally but he even said it was yummy!

We had a lovely dinner here to celebrate my birthday. I had mentioned when I made the reservation that it was a birthday celebration and our server wished me happy birthday upon our arrival. We were also given a complimentary dessert at the end of the meal, which was absolutely delicious! it was a flourless chocolate cake, the best I’ve ever had. For our entrées my husband had the cauliflower steak and I had the halibut special. Both our entrées were delicious. It was also very cool that we could look around and see some of the awards that Arnold Palmer had one, and admired the photos of him that were displayed all around the restaurant. Extremely nice evening!

We had a wonderful meal with one exception. You had a group of four men…not sure I should call them men….who were quite drunk .One of them…who appeared to be a senior citizen…seemed to think it was quite all right to shout out f- bombs…and other assorted filth…as he shouted at his there companions. Totally uncouth…a disgrace in a beautiful restaurant like yours. I was seated with my wife and daughter as far away from them as possible and I could clearly hear this pig of a human being. What surprised me was the inaction of your staff. This filthy mouthed individual should have been tossed out and his three companions listening to his tirade should have been tossed, too. We were quite surprised none of your other guests complained, too….several of them were seated closer and in the direct line of fire of his filth. For your guidance, my name is Ronald Griebell. I am a timeshare Owner from Las Vegas. My wife and daughter and I spend two weeks each year in Palm Desert. Our reservation was made for 5:15 on Thursday 11/16. The four men sitting at this disgusting table appeared to be an interracial group. Hope you keep an eye on them in the future if you do not want to lose decent diners who do not want to be subject of their abuse.

First time here. The place is outstanding. I had the FlatIron Steak & friend had the Pork Chop. Both dishes were perfect!!! We ate inside but the Outside Patio looked amazing as well. Found out the restaurant is closed during the hot summer months so plan accordingly.

We sat on the patio and the setting was spectacular. Palm trees, beautiful lighting and patio heaters to take the chill off. The guitar player Mark was very good and took requests. Caesar and the other staff supporting him provided service second to none. There were four of us and every dish was excellent. We will definitely be back.
