About this restaurant

  • Charming
A.O.C. is a small plates restaurant driven by seasonal ingredients, locally sourced.
Our California French cuisine was developed by Chef Suzanne Goin, and also features Mediterranean influences.
We have 24 wines by the glass and 150 bottles to choose from, curated by Caroline Styne, all of which are either organic, biodynamic or sustainable.
Featuring a full bar with premium spirits and specialty cocktails.

AOC is proud to offer both outdoor and indoor dining. Our patios feature shared heaters, however we highly recommend bringing appropriate outerwear for your comfort. Unfortunately, inclement weather may affect our ability to honor your reservation. In the event of rain, we will notify you as soon as possible to communicate any weather related cancellations and to assist you with rescheduling your reservation.

Beginning November 4th, a.o.c. will require that all guests require proof of vaccination or negative results from a Covid test taken within 72 hours of entry.

From the OpenTable editors: AOC isn’t just a classic because of James Beard Award-winning chef Suzanne Goin’s California-French food, it also has one of the most beautiful patios in town. It’s pure romance, outfitted with a wood-fired hearth, trees, and ivy curling up the side of the restaurant. It’s the ideal place to linger over bacon-wrapped dates stuffed with Parmesan and clams sherry with green garlic—as well as a glass from co-owner Caroline Styne’s deep wine list.

    Join us as Suzanne prepares a special prix fixe menu in honor of Father's Day. In Keeping with our Sunday Supper tradition, Caroline will once again, select wines from her list to offer as a supplemental pairing. We look forward to welcoming old friends and new! Due to the limited space available for this event, reservations will become final after midnight on Thursday, June 11th. Cancellations after this time will be subject to the full menu charge. $85 per person exclusive of beverage, tax and gratuity.

    AOC ALL-AMERICAN RIB FEST The LUCQUES Sunday Supper Classic Returns!! Join us for the BBQ Rib Roundup event of the season. $95 per person exclusive of beverage, tax & gratuity. Due to the intense week-long preparation and high demand for Rib Fest, guests will have up until midnight on 6/23 to make reservation changes or to cancel without a charge.     Ernell is such a great presence at AOC. We love him, the wine and the food. Arroz was a little too loose in texture, but everything else was good. Always love coming back. Vibe was quiet and subdued this evening. Thank you

    Everything was amazing the food, the service, the attentiveness. My mom came from out of town and we came for Mother’s Day brunch on the patio and it was amazing. Definitely will be back
