Amazing birthday celebration. Would not have gone any other place.
Despite the challenging circumstances the staff was upbeat friendly efficient and the food was delicious as always. We chose AOC as our last night out during our effort add ‘no social contact’. Glad we did! Kudos to a great staff. Thank you
The food was really fantastic, especially the sweet potatoes. We got three dishes plus bread and felt that was plenty for the two of us. The indoor patio is also a really cool area - it has an outdoor feel but indoor warmth. We loved it!
Perfect as always! We had another spectacular dinner at AOC. Love the Dates, Clams, Duck, Hanger steak, and in the veggie section you have to get the farro (I am GF intolerant and no issues) and the cauliflower is a must. Keep up the great work AOC!! We love you!
Outstanding service by Sage! Food and wine incredible as always. Always order extra food for leftovers - especially farro!!
Nice atmosphere and good service. Food is ok, not all very tasty but some like the fish is really nicely done. A bit expensive for the portion size
Excellent presentation, had turkey panini without bread. The fries were perfect skinny with skin on
Vintners platter had high quality cheese, cold cuts and pulled pork pate which was unbelievably delicious.
The blood orange non alcoholic drink was good if a little spicy
Loved Sage the waiter
The food is not as good as it's reviewed to be. I found the food just ok, nothing special. I would go back because it's a nice environment. The apple tart desert was awful.
SIMPLY THE BEST! The food the drink the service the ambience...,perfection!
Everything was great tonight, the cocktails at the bar excellent the atmosphere was cool and relaxed. Our waitress was great and very helpful with placing our order as it was tapas. No complaints about any of the food and we especially loved the halibut and the bacon wrapped dates. Prices were reasonable, we will definitely go back!
I had dined with you a few times before. My wife and I were seeing two couples we had not seen in a while. We were having a great reunion with a lot of laughs. Our waitress, Leah, kind of put a damper on our mood very early in the evening. I was joking about the bartender’s name, Christiaan, having two A’s. This was all being done in the spirit of fun. Leah indignantly responded, “Well he is German.” She brought our drinks and then kind of disappeared when it was time to order. She never informed us she was going on her break. After we had waited some time to place our order, a new server, Alicia, informed us that Leah went on break. Her service was very good and she was more attentive. The food was wonderful… It could’ve been more wonderful if we could see it! The lighting in the room was ridiculously low. My wife and I dine at many of LA’s top restaurants and we always have a congenial and warm relationship with our servers…even the bus boys! This was not our experience at A O C this time.
So tasty. If you enjoy cocktails, this is a great place to get a drink. Wine list is great too.
Everything considered, we totally enjoyed AOC. Olivia, the hostess, was charming, and the waiter very helpful. Martini was excellent, but bartender should fill the glass to the top. Att their prices, 3/4 full is not appropriate Very noisy though. Doubt that anything can be done about that.
Will return soon.
Always a pleasure. Amazing staff. Great vibe. Good food
