Wonderful ambiance - you feel transported to the Mediterranean! Great outdoor dining on a beautiful patio. The food is all delicious - decadent and yet feels healthy at the same time. Fun to share with a date so you can try more foods. Highly recommend the focaccia.

Loved everything about this place. We had our temperatures checked at the front, were escorted by safely geared employees, and were able to enjoy an outdoor dining experience that really made the date special.

AOC is a well thought out restaurant in decor, food choice, diverse wine selection and pairing. The service is amazing, they have servers that are knowledgeable about all selections ready with answers to any questions, and consistently attentive to every table. The food was tapa style delicious to say the least and this is pretty affordable for such a fancy experience.

Celebrated a birthday here with friends. The ambiance is good - there is a patio outside with string lights and heat lamps which is perfect for an outdoor meal. The food is tapas-style, served in small plates for sharing. The food was tasty, however small for the price. We did have an issue with the service which was very lackluster - we had to flag down our server multiple times who seemed to be ignoring us despite the enormous check we were racking up. We also unfortunately dealt with an extremely rude and aggressive hostess who screamed at us for standing up without a mask on. Because of the quality of service it is not worth the price and we will not return.

Second time we've dined here in the last week or so....loved it! Service is exceptional, and the food is really good. Definitely try the oven roasted clams if they're available, delicious! I can't wait to take my kids to brunch here....I can see it becoming a definite "go to" choice for us! thank you!

AOC - outstanding as usual. This is one of my go-to restaurants in L.A. Last week's meal there was amongst the best I've had anywhere. Every dish was prepared with great attention to detail, much love, and above all... great taste!!

AOC never disappoints! The food, service and ambience are all fantastic. The restaurant has made dining during COVID feel very safe, and although they said the table was just for 90 minutes, we stayed well over 2 hours (without realizing it!) and weren't asked to move on.

Dinner was great! Their food quality hasn’t declined due to Covid and the staff was accommodating without being stuffy. Great outdoor courtyard. Will be back!

Lovely brunch - french fries are really good! Fired chicken onthe waffle was a little overcooked but we had a very nice time!

Great outdoor eating area. Enjoyed the ambiance, flowers, lighting and heaters were key for a brisk November evening. All employees practiced safe protocol for Covid ie took your temp at the door and the wait staff wore gloves, mask and face shield. Food was exceptional and we plan to return soon weather permitting.

AOC has been one of our favorites since it opened. Last night, my birthday, was a disaster. Cocktails had been purchased by an out of town riend for me. They were brought to the table with no comment and then appeared on the bill. we had ro tell the eaiter they were a "gift" . The food was mediocre. The half chcken which we always order, took a good 45 minutes to arrive... dried out, flavorless, and inedible. We sent it back. I know I know, things are hard right now, but AOC has been serving throughout this crisis and last felt like it's first night. The wait staff was running around like first timers.

From the moment we walked in for dinner we were treated so well. Matt took excellent care of us from the start (thanks for the outdoor cocktails!). The courtyard is so lovely and actually warm considering it’s getting chillier. The wine list and cocktail menu is wonderful as is the dinner menu. Everything is small and made to share so be prepared to order quite a bit of small plates. Will definitely be back. I can easily see becoming a regular here.

The service was horrible.

Our server knew nothing about wine; That is fine, but we waited for 25 minutes for the sommelier to come by and make a suggestion. And he wasn’t particularly insightful- or friendly.

The patio is pretty- but it’s been cold and they didn’t have enough heaters.

The food was good.

I won’t go back.

It was a little cold the evening we went, so I'd recommend some sort of covering for the outdoor area to keep the wind out or more heat lamps if possible. Also, service was a bit slow, although I did appreciate the caution the server showed with social distancing. There were slightly longer gaps than usual with our food and the bread seemed overcooked/stale/as if it had been sitting out.

If you are visiting or live in LA this place is everything great CA dining should be.

Caesar salad was fishy and lacked any other flavor.
Baked eggs were underwhelming. Runny liquid fir the sauce.
Dates with bacon and Parmesan were tasty.
Drinks were good.

The food at AOC is always delish!! The Sommelier was amazing and so knowledgeable and had interesting stories to tell about the wine. Great experience! Go and enjoy! I will be going again soon.

The food was incredible. The only thing was that it was my birthday and they forgot to add a candle to my dessert. If it weren't because of that they would've gotten 5 stars for service. They did end up giving us another dessert with a candle, but they charged us for that dessert as well (when we didn't ask for it).

very glad to know about this place. really nice courtyard setting, limited number of diners, dinner conversations easily heard, very good service, outstanding food. get the hanger steak and gnocchi.

There was one waitress for the whole patio. They were blasting pop music. The food came out in such a random order. It wasn't the AOC I am used to.

AOC has been a favorite for years & continues to deliver - and they've done an impeccable job with their extended outdoor dining, and the service is always great.

I had a wonderful dining experience even with all the safety protocols in place due to the pandemic! For my and my partner's anniversary, I especially sought out a restaurant that took COVID protocols seriously without sacrificing wonderful service and ambience. Because I felt so safe dining in at A.O.C., I was able to enjoy a dining experience that I had not enjoyed for over eight months since the pandemic took hold.

Fell in love with this place. The tapas were amazing. The bacon wrapped dates and lamb is a must. We got full pretty quick. The ambience is definitely date night vibes with the cutest patio. I went with a group of girlfriends and we thought it was perfect for us to return as a friendly, girls night out spot. Only thing concerning to me was valet didn't have plastic covers due to COVID. Other than that, I have 0 complaints

Great outdoor space and ambiance. Food is very good and so were the cocktails! The rock and roll music playing on the speakers did not go so well with the rest of the vibe.
