Anqi has stagnated. The food quality is good but doesn’t justify the premium price. At this point you’re paying more for rent and not the food. The service felt short of servers. The few that were around tried their best and were friendly, but felt overwhelmed. I tried to get assistance from another server, but was not acknowledged. The garlic rice is the most disappointing thing on the menu. It is substandard compared to other garlic rice at other place. It is pricey, but doesn’t compare to the garlic noodles, which continue to be superior to other restaurant’s attempts.

Very disappointing experience. The service was the worst we have experienced in many years. The food was not much better. Do not recommend is putting it mildly

The menu has a lot of fun explorations and our waiter expertly guided us through it. We had to share everything because it all tasted so good! Yum. Thank you for a great dinner!

I think we ordered half of what’s on the menu and it was all delicious. Highlights were the garlic noodles, tuna tacos, filet mignon and eggplant. We’ve eaten here a few times now and it’s consistently excellent.

We were excited to go to the restaurant to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. When we arrived (early) and were promptly sat, but we felt like an afterthought as it took at least 10 mins, for our server to approach us. The host said happy anniversary in passing and then nothing was ever mentioned again, until I asked our server if they celebrated anniversaries. The server did not seem enthusiastic about engaging with us...which added to our disappointment, since it was our first time there. I even tried asking her questions, but it seemed like I made more of an effort to engage than she did. Also, the fact that we saw another table receive their food before us...that came after us and had steaks, added to the let down in our dining experience. The highlight of the evening was the food and the prompt service of the bussers! Our potstickers and dumplings were OUTSTANDING! The flavors mingled well on our tastebuds. As traveling foodies, we definitely appreciate flavorful cuisine. The prawns and garlic noodles were good, but the shrimp were a little overcooked and the noodles could have used a bit more moisture. Our plates were quickly cleared by passing bussers, but again, our dining experience seemed more like chore and we didn't feel special. Honestly, we really would LOVE to go back and enjoy a few cocktails, the dumplings and potstickers, but are skeptical about how the service would be this time around.

I took my lovely client here for the first time for her 18th birthday and we had an amazing experience. I came here for the first time last month with my husband and absolutely loved it and we had a amazing service both times and management was amazing. The food is absolutely to die for this is definitely one of our favorite spots. Thank you for making our night special we look forward to seeing you soon
