   Only our second visit in multiple years, but we will come back. We liked the fact that the menu was straightforward, not complicated, yet included sufficient variety. The appetizers were sized such that, honestly, they could have been a main course. I had the calimari and cod appetizer; my wife had the eggplant rolotini. Both excellent. I also liked the fact that the main dishes can be ordered in half portions.

   Having been to Angelina’s quite a few times before so that we hold them to the high standards they earned, and again they did not disappoint. They made our anniversary very special….and oh, yeah, really delicious.

   Food was superb, as usual. And, our server, Madison, was great. Angelina’s is, simply put, the BEST!

   Celebrated our anniversary/birthday and the welcoming from the very beginning is so very nice and with greeting cards from the staff. We sat at one of the private tables, very cozy and creates a nice ambience, pianist also playing by lounge are. We were not rushed thru dinner and had a fabulous meal with Shrimp orecchiette, caprese salad, veal chop, pork osso buco and our favorite dessert zeppoli, all cooked perfectly. Our server Warner was excellent and made sure we were well taken care of. Definitely one of favorite restaurants to visit when we are in town, never disappointed.

   We sat at a high top in the bar and were entertained by a wonderful piano player. Food was exceptional as always. Our server recommended some great choice of food and also wine.

   This was my fourth dining experience at Angelina’s. Unfortunately it did not live up to past visits at all. My impression is that it’s off season for Naples, and it was a Monday night, where traditionally head chefs are off after the weekend, and the difference in the food was palpable. Service was polite but a bit non chalant, not the usual experience. Hopefully just an off night.

    Still the best Italian in the Naples area. Always great food, service and wine. An excellent and vast wine list with lots of great wines and some interesting and unusual selections as well. Can always find a new bottle to try. An extremely well trained staff that works together seamlessly and all with great personalities make for enjoyable evenings. We always visit on every trip to Naples and will continue to return. Highly recommended!
