Inspired by Santa Fe’s rich cultural and culinary history, Executive Chef Edgar Beas’ menus fuse old world techniques with modern, innovative recipes and artful plating. The dishes fully embrace the Inn’s Southwestern and native heritage and are consistently changing and adapting to reflect the freshest, most seasonal local ingredients.

The Anasazi Bar has long been considered one of Santa Fe's most popular bars and is known for its Silver Coin Margaritas and classic cocktails. The bar also features a lounge area with additional seating and a dedicated tequila table. At the tequila table, guests can taste the restaurant's comprehensive collection of premium tequilas, enjoy unique tequila and food pairings. The bar and lounge features the Para Picar menu which includes a selection of small plates designed for sharing. Jesus Bas Saturday evenings from 7:00pm until 10:00pm.

The duck was tough and the romaine salad over reaching.

Although not as totally great as our first visit, this is still a good restaurant. We both had the charred lettuce with grapefruit, radishes and bacon with buttermilk dressing; it was unusual and great. The flavors worked together. The watermelon radishes were tasty and different from red radishes. I had the sea bass. Unfortunately, it was overcooked and dry. The biggest problem, though, was that it was served with winter vegetables. It didn't dawn on me before ordering that I would not be thrilled, because I do not like most winter vegetables. The spaghetti squash was the hit. so, the veggies were my fault, not the restaurant. My husband ordered the mushroom and truffle ravioli. Our next table diners raved about it, so it definitely works for many. My husband thought it was just okay. Dessert of bread pudding was one of the best he has ever had ( and it has been many all over the world). Our server could have used customer service training - she did not seem to care at all, although went through the motions. However, all of the rest of the servers and personnel were very customer service oriented and delightful. So, this time it was mixed, but will return, based on our first visit and that some of the dishes were good.

Chicken, cranberries and chestnuts were unique but could have been executed better with more cranberries. Lemon mousse was incredible, top shelf. Wait staff is best in Santa Fe. Appreciate the affordable wine selections. Appreciated our waitress letting us sample True Myth before purchase as it introduced us to a new Cabernet we now love.

We came here for a fixed price Thanksgiving dinner. The choices were limited, unimaginative and way over priced. The turkey offering was a turkey leg which we passed on. There was a vegetarian choice and the third was the filet which we both ordered. Mine was underdone and the sauce was non existent. Two offerings for dessert. A very mundane pumpkin pie sliver or an ok Cranberry tart. The starter salad was way too sweet. This for $95 per person. Plus we each had one cocktail and one glass of wine which with tip and tax cane to $300. Don’t waste your money. We had come here for their Thanksgiving dinner about 10 years ago and our experience then was quite different. Never again

This restaurant was a letdown. Although the ambiance is warm and woody, for the price the portions were small and the food, by and large, overcooked. Plus, the portions were skimpy. Another example of hotel cooking.

Octopus over cooked. Whipped cream on the ravioli wtf is that. Steak cooked perfectly very nice cut of meat, over done with garnish flowers though, so many flowers, gross Very nice place but food was bad.

Third time I've been to Anasazi. The service is always great. The food...we had two seafood dishes that were just overcooked. Seared octopus was tough and overdone and what the kitchen did to a lovely piece of halibut was obscene. Overcooked, but only by 1 minute. I've had seafood each time I've been to Anasazi and it's always overcooked. But then, Santa Fe is a long way from any ocean! The wine list was good, but we were told there was only one bottle left of our selection! At least we got it, but we had to drink slowly because we could get only one! But it was half off Monday and we didn't know! That made the wine even more delicious after we got the bill.
