   This was our first visit at your establishment and due to our experience, we will not return. Listening to customers’ requests means a lot and unfortunately our requests were ignored and negatively impacted our experience.

   We were seated at reservation time. Unfortunately from there things we’re terrible. After 20 mins waiting for server we left. That’s says it all.

   Great tasting food. They were very busy but seemed to keep up just fine with drinks. I love how they kept all my food separate and asked if I wanted it before just placing it on my plate. My only negative comment would be that the cooks were very quiet and not very fun/funny to watch. Food was great and cooked to perfection! Servers were on their A game!

   Every year on Christmas Eve, my family eats here for our Christmas dinner. The food was good as always. We ordered appetizers (crab rangoon and vegetables tempura), and we never got our vegetables. It wasn't the end of the world, but I was really looking forward to them

    This was our third time dining at Akiri. Each experience gets better and better. The staff, as well as the food was excellent.
