You'll find chef driven cuisine coupled with exemplary service in a sophisticated and modern aquatic atmosphere at the Clayton restaurant across the street from its sister, 801 Chophouse.     We visit 801 Fish quite often, and they never disappoint. Staff friendly quick to help suggest new things, etc. This most recent visit, the chef customized my pasta. We decided to substitute crab in place of the clams. Don’t think I’ll ever eat it any different than that from here on out.
