We went there for a birthday brunch and received wonderful food and service.
It was the first day after BoJ announced Covid-19 restrictions so it was dead in the restaurant, but the staff still made it a great experience. They even managed to NOT make us feel watched including when for about 45mins we were literally the only customers in there.
Excellent as usual. Always a fantastic experience.
We decided to go ahead with our booking despite the current situation. This restaurant a great favourite of ours. Obviously it was very quiet and we were eating a late lunch anyway but despite the food being its normal delicious self the service was quite bad! With very few tables to wait on and despite a large number of waiters we didn’t get some things we ordered and had to ask for several things twice. Why is it when restaurants are not busy the service often goes to pot?? We will be back though!
My second visit. Made to feel very welcome. Varied menu and lots of healthy options!
45 Jermyn St is a great place to meet for breakfast. Food and service excellent and always reliable. Can get a bit noisy as always busy but it's not a major issue. A very reliable venue
Would like more organic and biodynamic wines on the wine list especially by the glasses. Otherwise exceptional value for a 2 course lunch with professional service and beautiful setting.
Excellent food and service ....
Never fails to impress. Food and service quality always spot on. Perfect for casual meals with friends and also great for business dining. All round winner.
A very pleasant business lunch in a restaurant with a good atmosphere and lovely food.
Would recommend 45 Jermyn St as staff were very helpful and welcoming and food was so tasty and enjoyable. We felt relaxed the whole time we were there and they remembered we were celebrating my husbands birthday too.A most enjoyable experience.Thank you.
Excellent restaurant, now with vegan options. Marvellous!
Service poor & chaotic. Food excellent. Used to recommend unreservedly, now would not as it’s priced as a high end London restaurant but the attitude of the staff is not up to standard anymore.
Vibrant atmosphere and a great meal...a varied vegan menu which was important for my daughter and a wide choice elsewhere. The service was friendly and attentive without making us feel rushed in any way. It was a little expensive for an everyday lunch and a set menu akin to their pre theatre one would be a fantastic addition.
Tables very jammed in
Had a fabulous meal. Great food, great service and real attention to detail. It was my first time at this restaurant and I shall be back
One of our favourite eateries, a regular treat for me and my family
Food and service was excellent as usually. top class restaurant.
Breakfast is nice. Even early on Sat/Sun, you get noisy groups talking very loudly. Which is fine except when you just want a chilled breakfast with friends and the newspapers.
More effort on their coffee as ordered flat white which was a disappointment. Some more innovation on healthy menu for breakfast as it’s limited and avocado certainly needs some more a seasoning. Okay experience unless going for standard all English breakfast which is likely to be there area of expertise.
Unfussy food with strong flavours, some new twists on familiar dishes but not exotic. Pleasant service, expensive but not outrageous
Good food and location and nice round table for our group.
Excellent meal. As usual.
The service was lacking . Not busy and severs were inattentive ,
Food and drinks were expensive but very good quality so only for a treat , restaurant was not particularly busy but it was a Monday night, can't fault the food and drink, prices are high though
Excellent venue, food and service. Went there now for 3rd time with my wife and boys aged 17 and 21. Beef Wellington is an experience.
