Good atmosphere. Bench seats have more room than narrow tables at edge. Went for breakfast-scrambled eggs were disappointing, had been sitting on the side for too long. Slightly overcooked and not fresh out of pan. Otherwise a good place to go-maybe that was a one off?

This was my second visit to 45 Jermyn Street. We went as a family for Sunday lunch and had a great time. We had a nice table in a booth. My husband and I both had the outstanding Jerusalem Artichoke soup and our daughters the smoked salmon. We then went with the roast sirloin which came with all the extras and more than we could eat. We were tempted by the desserts but decided to have just two between us, a wise decision as they were what can only be described as generous portions ....... we couldn’t finish them.
The restaurant was busy but the service was never less than attentive. A thoroughly pleasurable experience.

I booked last minute for a girlie reunion. We all ordered 2 courses from the Sunday set menu which was great value with fantastically flavoured food, wonderfully presented. I can thoroughly recommend the artichoke soup and the port belly, whilst my friends had the beetroot and goats curd salad and the Glenarm roast sirloin of beef - all absolutely delicious!!! We also ordered a variety of side vegetables to share. The restaurant has a an art deco feel, with excellent service from all the staff. A fab venue for a long over due catch up with friends. I will definitely be booking here again.

I have long come to this restaurant for one particular staple - the Monkfish curry. It's now be taken off the menu, exposing the lack of originality and execution in the rest of what's on offer. The result is a menu with options such as an over-priced rib-eye - better done by others. Deserts still stellar, but who comes just for desert?

Great venue and nice ambiance with a good selection of food. A bit too pricy for what it’s delivering as compared to other restaurants in the neighbourhood, but good quality. Only down side is that we were told we would need to vacate the table by 8.00pm in the reservation and from the hostess when we arrived, but then the manager told us after our meal we needed to go by 7.30pm and started pushing us from 7.00pm which wasn’t the kind of service I’d expect from such a venue.

I came for breakfast with a client and The Front of house staff member was extremely patronising and rude to me. He clearly thought I was too young to work despite the fact I'm 30. When I was leaving he said, 'at least you can get back to playing on your phone now', when I said that I was actually checking my emails he said 'yeah... sure'. I will not be taking clients here again nor will be recommending it to any of my colleagues.

Food was very good but service pretty bad.
Every plate and drink was served to the wrong guest... waiter making no attempt to ask who was to receive which dish, so just guessing but getting it wrong every single time.
Jams and butter brought out, but toast forgotten, no comment when the unused jam, butter, bread knife was cleared.
Shame as the breakfast food quality was very good.

Perfect in every way for a rare pre theatre supper; not too busy, excellent and entertaining staff, great seat at the bar, interesting cocktails and beautiful food. Thank you

opens at 7am and in my opinion is the best breakfast venue in London. A varied and full menu with many healthy options and some unhealthy! Food quality is first class.

Lovely Restaurant on Lower Ground floor of Fortnum & Mason and entry on Jermyn St. The location, design and ambiance are all great, as was our service from Adam, the super helpful and friendly waiter from Hull!
Sadly, we felt the restaurant slipped down on the food..starters were ok, but an extra £2 (totalling £11.50) for 1 additional small slice of bacon, on a cheesy toast (rarebit), seemed ridiculous!
On the mains, the Pork belly was great, but the salmon, was woefully disappointing..a small piece of Salmon, almost alone in a bowl, with miniscule additions..really not substantial enough for a main at that price and in that restaurant.
Overall, we had a great time and my birthday girlfriend liked it, but sadly I was paying and didn't feel this was top quality food, or value for money, despite enjoying the overall experience!

Jermyn’s is a good place if you want some high end British food refreshed with some Asian additions to the menu. Service is always ok, usually you get a table. Also, the wine list per glass is very good in my opinion.

Scallop starter dish was 2 scallops sliced to make 4 (very bad for £22),main course of pork belly was bad-no crispy skin, just soggy fat-didn’t try dessert as meal was poor-side dishes were passable (mash, broccoli and cabbage),service was bad-pretty terrible for Michelin Star price but nowhere near Michael star food or service

We have been to 45 several times before and had another fantastic lunch on New Year's Eve. We took ages deciding what we wanted to eat and the staff just let us be until we were ready which was great........ excellent food, caviar, scallops, white truffle risotto and taglietelle, liver, pork belly. We had a real mixture!

We’d booked for 1.30 but arrived early and were seated without problem. The food was delicious as always as was the service. We really can’t fault this restaurant time after time and would recommend it to anyone

A lovely lunch - good food, warm atmosphere, comfortable chairs. We stayed beyond our one and a half hours and were made to feel slightly uncomfortable. Perfectly understandable if the restaurant was full - but it was mid-afternoon and it was not full.

I love the food and the ambiance, however it is very annoying that waiters imply that mains dont come with anything except the protein therefore you need to order sides. However, lo and behold when the main does arrive it has vegetables and sides not required. This has happened to us both times we've eaten here. Not cool 45 Jermyn Street, not cool

Had a birthday to celebrate. Mentioned it on booking. Hand made chocolates and a glass of champagne for all 4 of us with the compliments of the restaurant at the end of the meal.
Hiccup with the deserts - not presented as on the menu. HeadWaiter was only to pleased to put it right and we did not pay for deserts. All handled very professionally and with good grace.

Slightly disappointing breakfast. The order was incorrectly taken, poached eggs instead of scrambled and they were cold in the middle. The order was replaced. Toast was cold when it came and no butter or preserves with it. Sadly, no apology for the issues. The restaurant was only about half full when we experienced the problems, so no excuse for being too busy. Perhaps we were just unlucky but a disappointing start to Christmas Eve, especially when compared to the previous years.

Terrible and rude service. Food was very poor in quality, over cooked potatoes and had to ask 4 times for tap water !
Service took 20mins from when I walked in and to top it off the bill was incorrect and took another 10mins to recalculate.
Awful experience !
