   We went on purpose for burgers, and my companion and I both had them med. rare. They were cooked perfectly; I love the buns they use. I would have expected that Ketchup be available with a burger without having to ask specifically for it (but that's the only thing I can think of to complain about).. I really like the brie.. Lovely atmosphere, great server, great restaurant. I really like it there.

   I had high hopes, but the food turned out to be not great. I expected the brie on my burger to be melted, and it was not. I also had issues with the shrimp being very bland. The bread pudding and creme brulee were good, as were the scallops, but overall not worth the price

   I would not go back. We were seated and waited over 20 minutes before we left. In between being seated and leaving we were passed by and ignored by 4 different waiters and waitresses. 3 other tables were sat closer to the center of the room and immediately got attention. I even smiled at one girl but she looked away, another waiter helped a table next to us and he looked over at us twice and walked away. I said excuse me but was ignored, so we walked. Never tried the food. But had to give a star to leave review. It was also dark, dirty and dingy. We wont be back

   Took my family for Mothers Day meal only to find out they had a limited menu due to Mothers Day. The cost of the food was entirely too expensive at $40/per person for what was provided. $25-30 would have been more appropriate. Ended up with a $200 bill for 4 people and tip. Not good. Our waitress was awesome and accommodating.

   Worst meal for the money. Very little food which was cold anyway, poor service because waitress forgot about our drinks and also the rolls. We would never recommend or go back there again. Never felt so cheated !!!!

    The atmosphere was perfect for our Mother's Day outing. The music was upbeat with a jazzy feel, but not turned up too loud. The food was all delicious, especially the to die for house dressing!

    My wife and I love this place and understandably for a prefix meal for mothers day you kind of expect a slight decline in quality. We arrive for lunch with reservations and we're promptly seated. The prefix price for family style meal of $40 a plate was a bit high when considering the food was not of their normal highest quality. But when we insist to eat out on a major holiday you almost expect this.

    The Easter menu was very good…nice variety of side choices, desserts, and salad. Service was excellent. The restaurant was not crowded at the time of our visit, so we did not feel rushed and the noise level wasn’t too high. When the restaurant is crowded the noise gets “trapped” in the middle of the dining room, making it difficult to carry on a conversation or hear the server.

    The Easter menu selection main course was limited to roast beef & ham. The roast beef was extremely tough, the ham & the sides were good. Desert was mediocre @ best. Matthew our server did a great job & there was 1 other waitress that I didn’t catch her name was also great. Overall our bill for 7 people was over $400 with tip. I thought that was expensive considering the quality of the main entree & deserts

    I hate to give poor reviews but tonight's dinner needs reported so corrections can be made. The server was fantastic an did his best to care for our table of 6. The food was tasteless, dry, not appealing to the eye, and required repeatedly returns of the food to get corrections. 419 has never been this disappointing.

    Our evening was quite schizophrenic. we tried to increase our reservation by two the day before, and were told that unfortunately, they could not accommodate two more people. When we arrived, the restaurant was half empty, and it stayed that way the entire evening. Since our reservation was at 6:30 we didn’t believe there would be any problem with the menu. But they were already out of items. In addition, there was a martini special and I just asked if they could add blue cheese olives to it and they charged us four dollars for the olives! My appetizer was the worst calamari I’ve ever had. The entrée was nothing exceptional for me. I had salmon that was cooked beautifully, but needed some umph with the seasoning and the sides were non descript. My husband did love his ribs, they were excellent. The server was very good, but I am not sure we will go back for dinner. We will keep it on our lunch options list.

    This was our first time here. Booked it for valentines dinner. I’m so glad we did. This place is what restaurants are supposed to still be like! The servers were wonderful and they still have managers walking around asking if your food is okay and how your dinner is going. The food was delicious and cooked like we asked.     First time. Parking was tight, but expected because of location. Rich was our waiter, and he was excellent. The food portions were huge, price was reasonable, and the taste was amazing! I would definitely recommend this restaurant. We will be back!

    Overall, I’m a fan of your food, quality presentation prices, etc. Last evening two of us ordered your New York strip steak and we both agreed that it was subpar. I’m not sure if it was the quality of the steak itself or maybe that the steak had a little age on it, but it was sort of dry and lacking moisture, flavor and juiciness. This may be an exception to the rule. Hopefully so. I’m not sure if you use an IQ product or if you’re cutting off of a loin. I’m curious? Either way, thought I would convey

    We dined on New Years Eve. Both appetizers that we tried to order weren’t available because they had run out. They were also out of shrimp and grits, my favorite meal from there. Service was great though.

    New Years Eve Dinner. Made reservations for Table for 2. Arrived at reservation time, main dining room maybe 1/3 full. They said they didn’t have a table for 2, and took us to the bar area. There were numerous tables available in main dining room. We felt like second class customers.

    Came on Christmas and got the Chicken Alfredo. Unfortunately it was the worst Chicken Alfredo I have ever gotten. Very bland, there was literally no seasoning or taste to the sauce at all. I am not a picky eater, I love pasta, but it tasted worse than a frozen dinner. We also got lava cake for dessert, but it was never heated up so the middle wasn't melted. It was cold and hard.     We went for an anniversary dinner. The first thing noticed was both the men’s and women’s bathrooms were very dirty. The women’s bathroom had a spot of blood on the floor. The man serving us was incredibly nice, and it was towards the end of the day so we didn’t want to overstay. We ordered the madeira chicken, which had the texture of cat food. We also ordered a chicken Philly that we took home, which was much better but still not worth the cost. We won’t be going back.

    We decided to go for Sunday brunch and it was disappointing. The bloody Mary’s were not good and it took forever to get them. The waiter basically ghosted us after dropping off the meals. One of the meals was missing items but we couldn’t find him. The next time we see him he has his coat on and comes to the table with his coat. Was he running an errand? Did he go out for a smoke break? Who knows but our service sucked just like the food and drinks. Not going back again

    Food was over priced for what we ordered. I ordered Mahi Mahi and it was raw and no seasoning as well as the side vegetables. The other people with me at my table waited for a glass of wine for a long time because our waiter forgot and their food was not very good either :/

    We were in town for the weekend and met friends who live in the area for appetizers and drinks. We arrived early and went to the bar for a cocktail. The table was very sticky, but the server was wonderful! The dining room wasn’t extremely clean, but the server was very attentive, polite and efficient. There was food on the floor, a couple of crayons, crumbs, etc. - it was not busy at all so I feel the place should have been in better shape. If the restaurant were cleaner, it would have been a perfect experience. In fact, the calamari was possibly the best I’ve ever tasted.
