"We had a great experience here on Friday night. Our server Taylor was great and made excellent recommendations. The food was outstanding. We had the mussels to start and then the duck and the lamb for entrees. Everything was really good. We will definitely be back to try other things on the menu. Definitely a neighborhood gem tucked away in the DTC."

"I hosted a meetup at The Open Table. They were able to accommodate our group of eight with no problems. The food was top notch. I had a Caesar salad, a mojito, the lamb, and chocolate pot du creme. The salad and mojito were good but standard. The lamb and dessert were outstanding. Succulent and flavorful.

The service was very good, but I am giving four stars for stinginess. My entree came with eggplant, and I was charged $3 to sub another vegetable. I brought eight diners through their doors, spent over $70 on my own meal, and they charged me to switch out veggies? I got a few Brussels sprouts for $3. VERY tacky. Our group was also charged 20% gratuity. I understand a standard 15%, but felt they were overreaching.

"We would have rated it excellent, but the mozzarella in the mozzarella appetizer was not particularly flavorful. And the special "Blueberry mojito" was very nearly flavorless. Our waiter was also the bartender, and he switched my drink with good humor and no problems. His service was excellent."

"Well crafted menu with great variety. At first glace the menu seems limited but it covers all of the culinary bases. I want to go back and visit each one. Spot on flavors that are bold and subtle where they need to be. Ramon our server was excellent, I have known him for years and he is knowledgable and personable. I live close by and am conflicted as to if I should tell everyone how good the place is or keep it to myself."

"Food was great but the ambiance was quite disappointing. Very bare, uninteresting and not at all what we expected. When we arrived, we were surprised to see one "Wooden Table" that was far from impressive. The tables were small and bare and the chairs were quite "cheesy". Other than that, we enjoyed the food and service. Would likely not return."

"The fooyd was excellent, a little too salty for my taste but I don't like a lot of salt. The service was among the best we have ever had - anywhere. Water and wine glasses were replenished. The waiter timed the meal just as we requested. However, the ambiance was not good. The huge storefront windows let in a lot of light - but it is quite harsh and the view of the discount and hardware stores really detracts. A light filtering shade would help a lot. The noise level was beyond energetic, actually annoying loud."
