"Yet another evening of fine dining with my Wife on our Anniversary. Our Waitress remembered us from prior visits and treated us in a very professional manner, which was very friendly and open. It was our Wedding Anniversary and she remembered it so she surprised us with a special Desert platter. It's this type of service which makes The Steakhouse at Aqua Caliente stand out and keeps us coming back."

"We loved it. I was amaze with the menus with light. There was a group of noisy guys that night. That was the only bad thing about it, but they left before us."

"We were not pleased with our stay or the restraunt. The menue listed steak and lobster and that is why we booked there, once we were seated we were told they did not have lobster tails but bits of lobster cut up with steake. not what we came for. will not be back"

"went for the early bird special - it is very good for the price....either salmon or prime rib -- with accompaniments...and a salad or soup....they used to include dessert - now it's $4 extra for a mini dessert..but still reasonable..good service...."

"I've been here before and it was superb. I will go back, but my most current experience was not that great. The food was on the cold side and the waiter was not very attentive, I hate when great restaurants change good things for the worse.If it ain't broke don't fix it. It's getting cracks now so someone better fix something."

"The Steakhouse at Agua Caliente was nice, my first impression was that they were either unorganized or under staffed at the front door however. My guest and I waited about 10 mins. before being greeted and then although we had reservations for over a week informed us she had no booths for us. We where then seated at a table located in the middle of the dining room.

Dinner was good, our server was somewhat knowledgable of the menu. My guest and I enjoyed the Sea Scallops, Lobster Bisque, Wedge Salad, Fish of the Day and a Filet. My guests Filet was cooked to perfection and well seasoned, Fish was a little over cooked.

I had called in advance to pre-order dessert to celebrate my guests birthday,which did not happen."
