   This restaurant never fails to impress me. The food stands alone. It is creative. You can eat everything on your plate and everything is distinct. It is difficult to pick a favorite appetizer but you cannot order too much because the entre needs to be savored. As you eat through the main entre you will notice the feature, the sauce, the vegetables as distinct flavors. It will pop in your mouth. You can eat the garnish! If you have room for desert you will complete the trifecta of taste with amazing balance. I had the bread pudding and want more! French press for the coffee and I had to be rolled out! I cannot wait to return!

   Still the most creative food offerings in the Bay Area, and it all works. On this visit I opted for 3 starters - the tuna tartare, spring rolls, and fresh rolls - all great. My companion had the red snapper, which she loved (and the presentation was perfect as well). Parking is easy, good handicapped access, and the staff couldn't be more accommodating. Look forward to my next visit when I'm back in town.

   BT has this alliance of excellent service, welcoming atmosphere and very fine cuisine yet accessible to all pallets Excellent balance of French Vietnamese fusion Definitely a must go ... and come back !
