   Excellent food & service. We arrived before 6pm so we each had items from the priz Fixe menu. For our drinks my husband had the red sangria & I had the Blue Hawaiian both were delicious & flavorful. My husband had the chicken pot stickers for his appetizer & had the wrapped dates. For our entrees my husband had the smashed burger & I had the Branzino. Both were excellent & well prepared. Can’t wait to go back.

   Trio is always a great restaurant food wise but what made our experience memorable was the great service wee received from our waiter.

   We've dined at Trio off and on over the last 10 years and have always found it okay, a fun local restaurant, but not remarkable. Had not been back in a couple of years. Well - things have changed, and very much for the better. The (somewhat) new chef is excellent and every dish was a huge success. Do not miss the cheddar biscuits or the Caesar salad. Drinks were a great size and very good value. The new decor is more sophisticated, but still has that Palm Springs vibe. Service was outstanding, which unfortunately is rare in the Coachella Valley. We complimented the owner, Tony, on the way out and told him to keep up the good work - he has really turned the corner with this most recent iteration. It's almost like an entirely new restaurant.

   Trio never disappoints! We had a wonderful meal, wait staff were amazing attentive and friendly, but never intrusive.

   We had the best server, Melissa who made it a great experience. My pork belly hash was to die for and my wife said the biscuits and gravy were to best she had ever tasted from a long time lover of biscuit and gravy! Great Easter brunch!

   This place des not aspire to gourmet heights, but its food is well prepared and there is room for larger groups. The tuna tower appetizer is outstandingly prepared,

    Food is not worth the price tag. Pastas were swimming in broth style sauces. Also some of the pasta dishes were made with dried pasta despite the menu claiming that they were fresh/homemade.

We wish we had known you felt the pasta had more sauce than you care for so we could have made you new plates that would have been perfect.
