   The atmosphere outside was very nice. Our waitress was either really busy or something else was going on but she wasn’t great, however the supporting staff, busboys and other supporting dinner staff were very attentive! The appetizers were very good but the entrees were disappointing. When we left there was no one at the exit of the restaurant to acknowledge our patronage and thank us for coming in. My first time here. I’d give it another try but wouldn’t rush back.

   A quintessential Palm Springs dining experience. I won’t miss a stop at Le Vallauris on any trip to the valley.

   Just had another great meal at Le Vallouris. The food ( lobster dishes, veal, and salads were very good. Really nice service from Katarina. Great outdoor seating too!

   Everything was amazing at Le Vallauris, to the ambience, the food, and service. Only mess up that I encountered was the Caesar Salad had only a couple croutons and two pieces of parmesan cheese. I won’t let that bring down my rating, it was an amazing experience and I am glad I got to go with my girlfriend! Thank you Chef Gabriel and Manager Robert!!

   I was pretty disappointed last night. We go to Le Vallauris quite a bit. The atmosphere is very special. They really need to improve the food quality. I had the scallops. They were covered in shredded filo pastry (I think). Really unappetizing. They would be better off to serve pan seared on a bed of endive salad (not drenched) in a light vinaigrette. My husbands branzino on the other hand was excellent so I remain hopeful that they can achieve much better.

   Always a pleasure to be here. only my main was not up to standards, the chicken was dry even when I asked for sauce, still dry and no taste, everything else was excellent, Pate, profiteroles, sublime. I did tell the server at the end and she said she wished I had told her earlier but I was not in the mood to get something else and wait, so I still ate it. Having been going here for 30 years and over 100 times, this was only my 2nd meal that was not perfect, so I can complain to much...

    Our favorite restaurant in Palm Springs and it was perfection as usual. Sitting outside in the sunshine under the trees, slightly breezy, heaters keeping the temperature just right (temperature was 65) made for a delightful environment. Our server, Nickolas, was exceptional. Friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Highly recommend the vegetable ravioli, the sole and branzino. Has, by far, the No 1 best chocolate martini in Palm Springs. Do miss the unique feature of the menu on the blackboards.
