Ever since 1991, we’ve blazed a trail for brilliant live bands, Barbecued
meats, Fresh East Coast Lobsters and fine quality cocktails & spirits,
all in one welcoming place - In the heart of the community within
the famous Kings Road. We let the good-times roll, and ensure
everyone feels welcome.

Our cosy and welcoming restaurant and bar set over two floors
features a characterful bar and is the perfect place to stop by for well
crafted cocktail or glass of wine or even relex and enjoy and pre or
post dinner drink.

We’ve been bringing the party to the neighbourhood and beyond for
over a quarter of a century, hosting rock stars, royalty and everyone
in-between. Big Easy Kings Road is where London comes to kick back.

Always been a fan of Big Easy Great range, wide choices for food and drink Melt-in-the-mouth steaks and a cool decor throughout. Would recommend for all occasions

The management of service is appalling - we have waited for more than 30 mins to get our drinks. No decent service was given. The reception guy attitude was horrendous, not expecting such service in this day and age. Overall it was a poor show from this restaurant.

TLDR took two hours to get food and the manager was incoherent. I'd read the reviews about service being bad but didn't realise just how bad it could get. We had a reservation for 3 people and it took us two hours to even get our food. In that two hours we never had a server, we would have to stand up and ask whoever we could find for menus first, then drinks, then for our drinks to be delivered, then to order food. We were constantly told that whoever we were speaking to was a busboy/foodrunner/front of house so they weren't supposed to take our order. Tables that were sat after us received their food and left before we got anything. We asked repeatedly for the manager and were told that he'd been sent our way multiple times. When he finally came out of the office, he walked straight past us multiple times until one of the staff grabbed him and walked him over to our table. When he got there I was shocked because he was clearly drunk or on some other substance. Couldn't speak, his eyes were half shut and he was swaying on his feet. We told him what was going on and he mumbled a couple of sorries and shrugged a bit. I've never seen anything like it.

Service wasn’t very good really. Abrupt and no eye contact and abrupt departure. Difficulty getting his attention. Ordered two additional beers that never came and challenged that when it was on the bill. Empty tables with dirty dishes and glasses left for ages. I think they were under staffed tbh, one bar person and really no coordination or vectoring responsibility in the service on the floor and very little attention was paid. The food was OK, I had to send back my pork ribs as it was dry, the sort of 60 chews before swallowing dry. I did get a new one and this was better. Chicken was a bit dry too. Overall not really impressed and highly unlikely to return. Not at all like my experiences in the Covent Garden branch but spending nearly £100 to eat out I expect somewhat better to be honest. The server did apologies for forgetting the drinks and the overcooked meat. They should have offered to remove the service fee without me asking as a small gesture.

Great service; funny, amiable, nor over the top. Well air conditioned and sound proofed. Great assortment of meat and chicken; washed down with good beer!

I had a good experience at this barbecue with my 15-yo son. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with a comfortable setting that makes it easy to relax and enjoy a meal. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout, providing excellent service. Overall, the value is very good, and while the food itself was decent, it was the overall atmosphere and service that really stood out. I’d be happy to come back and recommend it to others looking for a pleasant and satisfying dining experience.

The Big Easy is a Kings Road icon, I’ve not been for a while, it was pleasant, but lacked the ‘old buzz’ it once had. The staff seem to have lots and lots of Deliveroo orders to process and therefore spend less time with guests. The team are working hard but it didn’t seem like they enjoyed it
