I had an excellent experience thanks to our server, Lucija. They were incredibly attentive without being overbearing, always making sure our drinks were full and that we had everything we needed. They knew the menu well, made great recommendations, and had a warm, friendly attitude that made us feel welcome and relaxed. Service was timely and professional throughout. It’s rare to come across someone who truly enhances the breakfast experience, but they definitely did. Thank you for a wonderful morning!

Menu was limited. Service was okay. The escargot was delicious but the salmon was so so. The duck was overly salty. Drinks delicious. We were really excited for this evening and it just didn’t turn out as expected

Have eaten here several times and it never disappoints. Had the artichoke sandwich which was flavorful and delicious. The specialty cocktails are wonderful. Especially the Hugo Spritz.

We’ve been coming to Vail for years, and Vintage is hands down our favorite place for breakfast—so much so, we went three times in four days this trip! The outdoor seating is perfect, with plenty of umbrellas to keep things comfortable whether it’s sunny or drizzling. What truly sets Vintage apart, though, is the incredible staff. From the moment you arrive, you’re treated like family. Tania is an exceptional host—warm, welcoming, and completely on top of everything. Lucija and Emma provided five-star service every time, going out of their way to make us feel special. We’ve come back to Vintage each of the last four years, and we’ll continue to return every time we visit Vail. It’s that rare combination of a beautiful setting, phenomenal food, and heartfelt hospitality that keeps drawing us back.

Very pricey. Good ingredients. Stingy on the Nutella. Has a private parking garage, but limited spaces.

Vintage is truly an authentic French brasserie experience. The food, wine, and atmosphere is articulated tastefully with homage to what you would find in a Parisian restaurant. Had all the best items, baked Brie, bistro steak au poivre, salmon, and you must save room for the bananas foster! I’ve dined here on multiple occasions for both dinner and brunch, perfect for a date night, friends gathering or any occasion really, you won’t be disappointed! Ask for Emma, she was truly a great server for our evening!
