   ポーターハウスが分厚くボリュームもあっておいしかったです。他のステーキハウスはバターなどを使うので、オイリーな感じですが、こちらは炭火で焼いているので、くどくなくて箸が進みました。 キッズメニューのミートソースパスタもステーキハウスだけあってお肉が美味しかったです。

   案内された席と入り口のすぐ近くでスタッフの動きも見えたし、お肉も硬くて美味しくなかったです。何よりドレスコード半ズボン不可と書いてるのに、半ズボン着たお客さんが沢山居てドレスアップして行ったのに不愉快でした

   I haven't been to Hy's In a while so I was excited to go back again. The ambience was just as breathtaking as I remember. All the servers were dressed in their suits and the hosts were welcoming and very accommodating. Everyone made sure to acknowledge that it was my birthday which was very nice. Our server was very nice and he knew a lot about menu and was accommodating as well. They had sat my boyfriend and I by the window where you can see the cook preparing all the steaks. It was such an exciting place to sit and it kept us entertained. Service was pretty speedy which was nice. We didn't have to wait more that 15 minutes for our food and everything arrived hot. The steak was cooked perfectly to medium rare amd the vegetables were seasoned amd cooked well. My boyfriend got the crab and truffle mac and cheese which was so good. I'm a truffle and crab fan so I'm pretty biased, but it was just so good. Right before dessert, one of the servers made sure to pack up any extra food which I appreciated. We then had the bananas foster for dessert and it was such a joy to see it being made tableside. Our server prepared it in front of us with ease and made sure to tell us everything that was inside. The dessert was quite sweet but the banana wasn't too ripe which helped counter the sweetness of the caramel and the ice cream. After dessert we were waiting for the check which did take a while to get to our table but I didn't mind too much. Overall Hy's was a great experience both service and food wise and I can't wait to celebrate another special event there.

   I recently revisited and dined at Hy’s, a place I once enjoyed a few years ago, only to find that it has drastically declined in quality. To put it simply, this experience was incredibly disappointing. While the drinks were decent, every other aspect of the meal fell flat. The food, which was heavily hyped as high-quality, was anything but. The meats and fish, supposedly premium, tasted mediocre at best. To make matters worse, everything was served cold, making it clear that careful attention to preparation and presentation was lacking. The restaurant prides itself on tableside service, which is a nice touch, if only the food lived up to the spectacle. Overall, this visit was a letdown, and I won’t be returning. If you’re looking for a truly high-end dining experience, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

    I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. The service was warm and perfect. I appreciated that we were able to share a steak. It left more room for all the other courses.
