About this restaurant

Located on the corner of Sunset Boulevard and Olive Drive is Ospero at the Pendry West Hollywood Hotel. The casual street-side European style café will feature a relaxed, all-day menu of neighborhood-friendly favorites including classic salads, handmade pastas, vegan dishes and renowned Wolfgang Puck house-made pizzas, fresh from Ospero’s wood-burning pizza oven. The restaurant will bring both indoor and al fresco dining to Sunset, with a thoughtfully designed outdoor terrace overlooking a beautifully landscaped piazza with views of downtown Los Angeles. Had Easter breakfast there. They messed up our order. My daughter had to wait for way too long for them to get it right. The host comped the meal, but it was still disappointing none-the-less.

The Cesar Salad had no flavor, the 5 cheese pizza was not good, and the kids cheese pizza was boring. The desserts were amazing!!

Terrible customer service. Pictures and food looks good online. But they need to fix their customer service skills. Also the table they gave us was dirty I asked them to clean it they gave me an attitude so we just walked out. They should keep the tables clean before bringing guests over to seat them down. Horrible service for a prime location in West Hollywood.

Didn’t get our food after waiting 1.5 hours and they had no estimate on when it would be ready. Wasn’t busy and wait staff wasn’t being communicative or helpful. Apparently the pizza oven was backed up and having issues.

I live nearby and come here because the food is consistantly good. The Wolfgang wines are all delicioso too.
