   Everything was absolutely amazing! From the manager , Andrew accommodating such a large party to the actual service itself, my mom enjoyed her birthday dinner at J’s!

   Visited Redlands/JAlexander's for a business dinner. Food, as always, was excellent quality and delicious. (my ribeye steak special, ordered medium rare, was slightly undercooked, but I did not send it back). They have service to a "fine science" as everyone seeks to help everyone else on the staff, so service is prompt and cheerful! The ambiance is perfect for a business setting! Overall- our experience was typical of the Redlands Grill/JAlexander's high quality!

   After dozens over the years of visits to Alexanders, since Redlands became involved it seem to have declined some what. Simple request were forgot extra plate, no Couscous on one plate, coffee tasted as if it was instant. When a shared desert was delivered without flat wear (table was cleared from the meal) the server ask if we would like utensils. For the price not exorbitant but above average these are things that should not happen.You need to have a third option on recommendation and a forth on noise level either of these do not give a complete option to the consumer.
