SaddleRidge's structure is amazingly beautiful. We really enjoyed all the western artifacts in the building. It was a very interesting place to eat, but it was also the best meal we had had all year. Don't miss it!

Decent dining experience, but late season staff appeared disinterested. Portions on the small side but tasty. Trout was excellent, potato soup unimaginative. It was a pretty restaurant, but we came away with a big "meh..."

The restaurant is breathtakingly beautiful. Our table overlooked a snow-filled aspen forest. We had two boys, 7, 11 who loved the 3-courses (fruit cup, grilled cheese w/ mashed potatoes and ice-cream) timed with the adult's service. Two of us had buffalo: tender and perfectly cooked. The wine offering was very large and we enjoyed a 2002 Montalcino. The place was full, but our round felt warm and private. Afterwards we toured the many historical artifacts; it was a fun evening for all!

You feel like you are eating in Ralph Lauren's Colorado cabin. Excellent design. Cool atmosphere. Not stuffy. The menu is very nice and the wine list is traditional. Although, they could update their bar ware a bit. I felt like my rocks drink came from a dinner's juice glass.

The food here is good, but it's the room itself that makes this place worth going to. Made of all wood, ridiculously high ceilings, a beautifully large wood burning fireplace and rustic lodge decor. We'd go back.

Fabulous setting. Can't be beat in beaver creek. Ribeye was very good but buffalo was very tough and overcooked. I've had buffalo before so I do know the difference. Selection was very limited but good. Service excellent. Prices were expensive but worth it for the setting.

Not a very extensive menu but closer to a steakhouse offering. My sirloin was done very well and so was the rest of the appetizers and desserts. The wine list was quite good with mostly American wines but good variety. On the night, they were offering 30% off any bottle of wine which made it all the better.
