    Great experience learning about Moet Chandon. The pairings and explanations were described perfectly and the taste was amazing. The Anaheim location and staff are friendly and pleasant. We will be back.

    We enjoyed the dining room and its atmosphere. Food was exactly what you would expect from Ruth’s. The service lacked its usual high level, may have been an off-nite.

    IT WAS FATHER DAY. THE SERVICE AND FOOD WAS NOT TO STANDARD. 1/ THE SERVER TOO BUSY RUNNING AROUND, AND NOT ATTENTION TO THEIR CLIENTS TABLE. WHICH IS MOST TABLE. AS IF THEY ARE NOT TO PREPARE . 2/ THE STEAK COME OUT OVER COOK , MORE LIKE WELL DONE. WHEN ASKING FOR MEDIUM RARE. THE STEAK BECOME CHEWY. AS I SPOKE TO THE SERVER AND MANAGER AT THE TIME. DID NOT REALLY DO ANYTHING. SO I JUST SAID "NO BOTHER" . INTERESTING ENOUGH, THE TABLE NEXT TO US PARTY OF 4 . HAD THE STEAK RETURN AND HAD TO WAIT FOR 45 MIN. MORE. SO I SAID "FORGET IT" I DON'T WANT TO RUIN AS FATHER DAY. 3/ THE SERVER--- MISS COMPLETELY OF ONE OF MY ORDER FILET MIGNON OF MY DAUGHTER. IT IS BECOME REDICULOUS. THE CHEF AND THE BACK HELPER HAS CHAO OF WHAT GOES WHERE . ALL THE DISH COME OUT SLOPPY. LIKE NO QUALITY CONTROL. IT WAS A BAD AND TERRIBLE DINNER AND DISAPPOINTMENT ON FATHER DAY. SINCE I HAVE MY FAMILY THERE. WITH COMPANY. I DECIDED TO LET GO. IT WAS TERRIBLE SERVICE, AND THE FOODS COME OUT. THIS IS AT ANAHEIM RUTH CHRIS LOCATION. IF THIS IS NOT CARE TO PAY ATTENTION, AND MAKE ADJUSTMENT . YOU WILL LOOSE CLIENTS.

    Anaheim Ruth’s Chris is amazing. I’ve eaten at Ruth’s Chris all over the country but this experience was the best of all. From the time we arrived we were treated like celebrities. From the check-in at the desk and having the table set up for my wife’s birthday. Carla was our server and she was amazing. She helped us with the menu and the once we picked an item she asked questions to be sure our item was prepared to our satisfaction. Carla was right there with everything we needed and was on top of things we hadn’t asked for. Just AMAZING. Our food arrived in a timely manner and everything was prepared perfectly. The steaks and barbecued shrimp were delicious. Manager Eric came by to be sure everything was good and asked if we needed anything else. At the end GM Ryan came by to ensure we were perfectly happy. We were. Like I said celebrities. We have been here numerous times and we have always received nothing but OUTSTANDING service and food. This is our favorite of all the ones we have eaten at.
