   We made a reservation for 3pm because it was available in the system. Turns out buffet was from 12-3pm. They didn’t refill some of the food we wanted to have because of that. But the manager heard us out and gave us a discount. Great ambience, friendly staff. I will be back.

   Mother’s Day brunch (not our first time), upon arrive manger asked if her could help, my wife (mom & grandma) requested inside or if outside - sufficiently shady. He absolutely delivered; a table for five on the grass, under the trees, near the pond. Service was excellent, food delicious, and the manager made sure our parking was properly validated. A perfect celebration…again.

   My family had a wonderful experience celebrating my son’s birthday here. Since there were 16 people in our group, I needed to make sure that they could seat us together. Emily, the meeting manager, promptly sent me an email confirming my request and put me in touch with their restaurant manager, James who took care of everything. He even made it a point to check on us during our meal to make sure that we were completely satisfied. Roberto, our server, didn’t miss a beat and managed the flow of food and drinks without interruption. Truly a fantastic team of professionals who are dedicated to making their customers happy. Interesting item is the cocktail concoction that is inspired by whatever is currently playing at the Segerstrom Center. We definitely will be back for dinner the next time we go to the theatre.

   Food was good. Service was slow. Too many people came at once due to the two shows at Segerstrom.

   Amazing service and food; This was well above my expectations for a hotel restaurant. The bar was a great experience as well, really enjoyed the berry lemon drop martinis! We will definitely be coming back.

   First, the food was very good, however, the service was lacking. I had a reservation for 5:30pm and I called a few hours beforehand to ask if I could move it to 6pm and was told that was fine. We arrived at 5:45 and were promptly seated even though suddenly they couldn't find my reservation, which was on Open Table. Our order was taken about 10 minutes of being seated and we both ordered the Prix fixe. We told our server we were there for the show at 7:30 - probably most of the restaurant was there for the 7:30 show and I assume that's a pretty normal situation for this place. We had to ask for the wine menu. Our wine took about 15 minutes to arrive. Our first course/salads arrived around 6:25. Our main course arrived around 6:45. It was about 6:58 when we saw our server again who said our desserts/last course would be out in a few minutes. I had to ask for the check at that time and state we wouldn't have time for dessert. Had the service not been so slow and our server absent so much of the time we might have chanced dessert. But we still had to go to will-call for tickets and hit the loo before getting to our seats. The server offered to pack dessert up but it had been over 90 degrees that day and we didn't think it would fare well in the car. She also offered to let us come over after the show and have dessert which didn't really work with our plans. Anyway, I don't know if a couple of servers called out last minute or what, and I'm more inclined to blame management than the serving staff, but it was a frustrating experience.

   worse service at what is suppose to be a high end restaurant- admitted to being over booked and understaffed - bday dinner before concert huge disappointment

   Everything that we order was good . My veggies omelette, the pancakes and the egg Benedict was good. Also our waitress was excellent.

   We always enjoy coming here before any event at segerstrom center. The food is great, service is fantastic and the added bonus of free parking right across the street makes us even better.
