Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Celebrated my son’s birthday, and as always we had a fantastic dinner celebration. We were a table of six, and our waiter Seth went above and beyond to make sure our dinner was perfect. Can’t wait to return.

    Came in with reservations on a busy night with 3 toddlers. Astrid was kind enough to sit us in a corner table with the kids, as she knew they were getting weary. Mikah was our sever and gave us great service. The food was delicious. Service was great! Highly recommend this place.

    Very salty food…. From the salad to the entrée, it seem like they must’ve sprinkled a lot of salt on top of everything. One of the saltiest meals I’ve had at a restaurant. I do not recall this the case the last time I was at this restaurant so maybe it was the chef that night

    We had an absolutely fabulous birthday dinner celebration. Lobster crabcake was absolutely divine and worth the drive to Costa Mesa. Service was excellent, and the noise level was palatable so that you could hear your guest at your table. Sadly, the shrimp was over cooked and rubbery in the Cesar salad.
