Guests who enjoy Waldo's premier restaurant and bar can expect the best hand cut steaks, flame broiled burgers, mouthwatering sandwiches, unique seafood selections as well as other house made favorites like chicken fried chicken and Summit Grill's already famous street tacos. Along with a wide selection of great entrees at lunch and dinner happy hour is an absolute "don't miss" in the Waldo area!! Enjoy full size appetizers and drink specials from $2-$5 seven days a week from 3-6 PM. Summit Grill will offer brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 10-2, bottomless mimosas and made from scratch breakfast items will make your weekend mornings. Lunch is offered Monday thru Friday opening at 11 am with many items under $10 as well as all wine by the glass offered at $5. Make the Summit Grill your go to spot for lunch.

One of my favorite places in Waldo. The food is predictably delicious. My go to is the salmon salad and creme brulee. Hubby is more adventurous and I enjoy tasting all his selections.

We were sat a table wet from the AC unit leaking on it. Had to ask to move because my husband was getting dripped on. Coffee came with no cream or sugar, had to ask for both after the fact (had to request sugar 3 times actually). And then noticed our coffee cups were filthy around the rims with something green. We decided to get our check and leave before ordering food.
