   We recently had the pleasure of dining at Himizu Japanese, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was amazing, shout out to our server Peter, who made our visit truly memorable. The atmosphere was wonderful; it was evident that everyone working there wanted to be there, creating a very friendly and welcoming environment. The food was fantastic, with each dish exceeding our expectations in both presentation and taste. We will definitely be back frequently to enjoy more of what Himizu Japanese has to offer. Highly recommend!

   Greets by a host also server! Cozy environment Organized restaurant Cleaned restroom Great and fresh Toro and tuna sashimi Great meet combo on the self served grill. Will comeback with good friend’s.

   Had the best time at Himizu! We went for my birthday celebration and it was so much fun. Max and Peter were the best and made sure we had a great time. They suggested so many great menu items and were super attentive. All the dishes we got were delicious, can’t wait to go again!

   That was amazing! Food was delicious! It’s now literally my favourite place! There isn’t enough wine in a menu but I think they can fix that. Highly recommended this place!!!

   Food and service was exceptional, HOWEVER, do check the bills as the ambiance is dark and the tip is 18% INCLUDED in the bill. They WILL NOT tell you which is why when I selected 18% AGAIN i paid nearly $160 worth of tip. Other than that the udon was amazing and the service was excellent.

   Our visit to Himizu Modern Japanese Fusion in Westminster was a true delight! The Japanese BBQ stole the show with mouthwatering short ribs and ribeye, cooked to perfection. The Toro sushi was a highlight—melt-in-your-mouth goodness. The modern ambiance and attentive staff enhanced the overall experience. Highly recommend for a top-notch Japanese dining adventure.
