We had an incredible dining experience for the seasonal farm to table! Everything was beautiful and tasted as good as it looked. We were so grateful for the hospitality by Chef Pankaj. He walked us through each course and made us an incredible Anniversary meal to be remembered!

Upon checking in the hostess was extremely unfriendly and seemed annoyed we were not hotel guests. In the OpenTable reservation notes we requested a nice table near a window and she basically laughed like it was a stupid request . She walked us through the restaurant, which was empty, to the room in the back with a giant TV and sat us at a table right next to the kitchen window. We asked if we could sit in the front room again because we didn’t want to be near the hot kitchen or buy a giant TV as we were on a date night. She said that they weren’t seating in the first room so he said we’d move to the bar. Upon sitting at the bar, we saw another party be escorted in and asked to sit in the first room and they were seated there. This was the exact table that we had asked to sit at and were denied. We hadn’t even been asked for a drink order yet so my husband promptly got up and we walked out. The server didn’t even say anything to us as we walked out and instead of scouled at us. We went downstairs to Tavernetta and they immediately seated us at the bar and we had an amazing dinner! We had been to the Remedy several times before but won’t go back.

Our first dinner in Vail didn’t disappoint. We had shrimp to start, then halibut and scallops. Wine selection was great for pairing. We had delicious dessert as well and they were able to make me drink outside of the menu and it was perfect.
