   Not what you come to expect from a restaurant in the prestigious Château Laurier. Chairs were dirty, table sticky. Meals were mediocre, eggs undercooked. Waitress did not check in after plate drop off. We came for the buffet breakfast but turned to the menu as we were not inspired by the spread. Management needs to hit reset on this place.

   Waited significant time even to be acknowledged. Server never returned to ask if we needed anything. Buffet below average quality of food. We had a better breakfast buffet at the Delta hotel the day before. Save your money and dine elsewhere! Very disappointing considering the high on line reviews and a Fairmont property.

   We attended Sunday brunch May 4, 2025. It was very overpriced ($90pp) for what it was, basic buffet and no personal service. Would not recommend. Unfortunately this location does not meet typical “Fairmont Brunch” standards.

   Nice dining room and wait staff was excellent. Hostesses did not acknowledge our party when we approached. The selection was very minimal in comparison to many other brunch locations we have visited for special occasions and extremely overpriced for what was offered.

   Great place for a family breakfast. Our server Jeremy was great and the Front desk who assisted us, Julián, was outstanding with great recommendations for tours, shopping restaurants etc

   Service and ambience was great as always, but we were disappointed to pay $69 pp and not have the omelette station or roasted meat, the 2 things we most look forward to at Wilfrid’s brunch.

    I have eaten at Wilfrid's before and have never been disappointed. What happened? Salad bar was ordinary, same as in any low-priced eatery. Main selection just as bad, if not worse. Two dishes had the same thick brown sauce, different ingredients which appear to be leftovers thrown together in a stew. One of them had cut up sausages, the other lumps of pork. Vegetables were undercooked; salmon was acceptable. Didn't choose any of the other dishes because they looked unappetizing to me. Dessert bar okay. Martin, our server, was charming and delightful, and very attentive. Otherweise a disappointing and overpriced experience. I will not return to Wilfrid's and can no longer recommend it.
