    We have dined at LuLu’s since it opened years ago. From the moment we walked in I felt a difference in the quality of service. Four staff members at the check- in area, all four had no idea what was going on. Requested a booth months ago for an elderly guest, yet was shuffled off to a table the furthest from the entry you could be, making it difficult for our guest using a walker. Back to the front we went, only to discover there were two booths open for seating. Our server was completely overwhelmed. Being in the hospitality industry for years, it was obvious that they set this young man up for failure at the guest’s expense. He was inexperienced and could not keep up with the numerous tables. Just when we thought it couldn’t get worse, we waited 20 minutes for our check. The young man bussing the tables was terrific. Kind and efficient. Food was mediocre, which again is unusual for LuLu’s. Sad to say we’re crossing LuLu’s off our list of go-to restaurants when in town.

    The food itself wasnt very good. The signature meatloaf was dry, the asian ribs and cornbread were dry, the salads weren’t anything to write home about. But the impossible burger was good and the drinks were great.

    We went for dinner with our 6 year old son and what a treat! Lulu's was the perfect place. The ambience was fun and colorful and our server could not have been any better! The food came quickly and our son gave it his approval, which is hard to get. Meanwhile we enjoyed cocktails and great food. I will be back for the mushroom soup!! What a great experience. Palm Springs at its best!

    Centrally located with a very cool vibe, LuLu is a fun place to have a meal in Palm Springs. The service was very good and the food was "good", not "great". It's a casual restaurant so we weren't expecting haute cuisine! We will return when we next vacation in Palm Springs.
