    I haven’t had such a bad meal in a very long time. For. Party of 6 , the people returned their steaks because they weren’t cooked properly. The service was slow and. It attentive. The noise level was ridiculous to the point we were yelling to have a conversation. The meal so bad that it was entirely on the house. It’s unfortunate considering mastros used to be good. I will never go back .

    First time in this amazing restaurant. From the entrance to customer service to food quality it was a 10/10 for me and my partner. Coming again to this restaurant.

    I took my family to Mastro’s to celebrate my daughter‘s birthday. The restaurant seems very understaffed, despite having four different hostesses. Our waiter was very inattentive. We couldn’t get refills on drinks or bread or basic service. The dirty plates from the first service we’re still sitting on the table when our entrées were brought out, and no servers brought us steak knives or clean utensils. The food was cold and a poor quality. The steaks were not well seasoned. The side dishes were totally inedible. Even after voicing concerns to the manager, many of the problems were not rectified. the worst part of the experience was the fact that the managers really don’t care about the guest experience and are either very poorly trained or totally indifferent. We have eaten at other Mastro’s restaurants and have not had this type of experience. Sadly, this has been a recurring theme at Mastro’s Beverly Hills, not the first time this restaurant has really ruined a family celebration. We won’t be going back.

    The service was 5 stars… absolutely! But the food was meh. And honestly we were shocked. We have been here many times and it’s always been amazing. But the steak was chewy and not flavorful at all. And the drawn butter for the lobster was old. It’s tasted like old oil. We didn’t want to complain so we didn’t say anything but yah, we were super disappointed with the food. Service was stellar though.

    It’s always the best experience. The food is delicious, the servers are always very helpful, the cocktails are the best of all Beverly Hills restaurants, desserts to die for, etc. My overall experience is the best. I highly recommend Mastro’s Steakhouse. Thank you!

    I had a great experience at Mastro’s Beverly Hills. From the time my group arrived until the very end we had great service. The venue itself is pretty but tables are close together and hard to get in and out of without bumping another party or the table. We ordered the rack of lamb, 2 8 oz filets, Caesar salad with the yummiest anchovies as well as some fries. Both the salad were enough for at least 4 people to have a full serving. We also ordered a bottle of wine and enjoyed the wonderful live music as well. All in all this was a great experience and the ambience and vibe of the restaurant was good.
