Excellent food with multiple options for portion size, type of meal, and accompaniments. Baby backs excellent, prime rib very good (I should have asked for med rare instead of medium, but you never know), and the brussels sprouts appetizer was stupendous! A little more noise than we'd like, but not intolerable. Our server was very friendly and made good suggestions; next time we'll order the meal when our appetizer arrives, as she had a giant party come in and couldn't get back to us as soon as she would have liked. Not a big problem, but it did make the meal a little long. Overall it was a very good choice for after a Segerstrom matinee.

The ribs were delicious, but our 4 sides were not good. We had pilaf, chili, mashed sweet potato and vegetables. The sides were lacking flavor as if there was no seasoning added. We have eaten at Newport Rib Company many times.
