The creme brûlée was delicious. The service was excellent. We were seated right by an air conditioning vent. When the air conditioning came on we asked if we could move to a warmer table. The manager said he would adjust the temperature. He came back and asked if that was better and we all agreed that it was. We opted to stay at our table to enjoy the view. The only drawback was the noise level, but that would not keep us from coming back again. The fish entrees are numerous, fresh, most having been just flown and properly prepared. Most people who do not care for fish have never had them cooked to the right temperature and had the right sauces. The oysters are very, very good fresh from four different locations, usually two from the Pacific and two from the Atlantic. The Yoder pork chops are excellent as well. The views of the lake with the cascading waterfall on the Japanese styled island are attractive. The service is attentive, professional and friendly. The bar makes very creative cocktails including their Cosmo which my wife loves. Sunday brunches are very good too. A little out of my budget for regular dining ($22-$38 per plate) but a very nice place for a special occassion.
