Maybe this is the cost of a meal in California, but we will not be visiting Morton's again anytime soon."

The service was amazing and the food was outta this world! Seriously the best prepared steak and bacon macaroni and cheese I've ever had at Morton's. Everyone was so attentive to our needs.   • "We had a reservation and we were sitted right away. The bread is amazing. We ordered the twice baked pototoes gratin. It was delicious. My husband and I both ordered the bone-in rib steak. We requested medium rare plus (closer to medium) knowing their steak is always on the rare side. But the steak was nearly rare. We had a better steak at this restaurant at Christmas. My husband had the lava cake. The chocolate is very rich without being too sweet. I had the carrot cake. Very rich flavor but a bit sweet for my taste."

  • "The food was awful! I ordered the shrimp with crab balls and it was covered in a greasy cream sauce that coated the roof of my mouth. It came with a side of pasta that was also covered with greasy cream sauce. My sister ordered a veal chop that looked like it had been basted with grease. Thank goodness we got a side of mashed potatoes because that was the only part of the meal we could actually eat. We paid $137 for probably the worst meal I have ever had at a nice restaurant. I like food I can taste and the sauces covered the wonderful, natural flavors of the high-quality food. Ugh...I will never be back."

  • "Both my husband and I enjoy steak, so we ordered a prime rib and a filet mignon. The prime rib was to be cooked rare and the filet medium rare. When we received our order, the prime rib was medium rare and the filet rare. My husband sent back he prime rib, took 20 minutes to get another prime rib. I ate a rare filet, which was OK. I think a manager stopped by the table to apologize for the delay and said they would get the steak out ASAP. We did not think 20 minutes was very fast. For our inconvenience, we were given more asparagus. Understood the gesture, but more asparagus was a little weak for the delay. We will not be returning to Morton's any time soon."

  • "My wife and I went to celebrate Anniversary. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were immediately seated after checking our reservations. We were placed in a booth near the kitchen, which was a little noisy and odd since the restaurant was not even half full. None the less, the food and service were spectacular. We started off with the crab cakes, and then had the Lobster Bisque and my wife had the spinach salad. All were superb. We also brought in our own wine, and we made sure that it wasn't on their list to be courteous. Corking fee was $29, and the staff was very pleasant about it. We had the rib eye steaks, mine blackend and my wife had the center cut. They were both awesome. I would highly recommend."

  • "We made an online reservation for 6 and for 815 and arrived a little early. The hostess asked us to have a seat and they'd check on our table. I asked again after 15 minutes as she hadn't given us an update. Ten more minutes went by and we were then seated in a back room. Service was great to start, four servers took our drink, appy and main course orders. Then half way through dinner it seemed as we had been forgotten back there in the back room. I poured the last of the wine. No one came to ask how the meal was and I then had to ask for desert and coffe menues. Overall the food was great but really expected the service would be much better as expected from Mortons. Could I suggest that the bread be cut at the table by the servers."

  • "Overall, my party had a wonderful experience at Morton's Steakhouse. The waitstaff went above and beyond to make it an enjoyable evening. Our order was accurate and prompt. The food was excellent. It seemed to melt in our mouths with each burst of flavor and seasoning. I would defnitely venture into a this and any other Morton's in the future. My one note for the restaurant was the dimmed lighting and darkly painted walls. I have excellent eyesight and I could barely read the menu items due to the lack of light at our table. I can't imagine trying to read them if my eyesight was anything but 20/20."

  • "The change in ownership has lead to the loss of the restaurant's soul. It is a shell of what it once was. There used to be waiters that has worked there 40 years that were proud to be there. There used to be a men's room attendant. The single greatest part of the experience has been taken away; the meat cart where you select your meat. ALL GONE NOW. Morton's is nothing more than an expensive steakhouse now, the experience is just a hollow shell of what it once was. We won't be dining there again."

  • "Morton's is a great restaurant & the service was impeccable. But due to the Anaheim location, the Disneyland visitors come here. I define Morton's as a classy place with a smart casual dress code (normally). There were people in torn jeans, t-shirts, tennis shoes, baseball hats and even bandanas. Felt like we were at Outback. The table next to us had 3 very small kids who were obviously exhausted from a day at Disneyland and we heard every cry and whine throughout dinner. Morton's is just not the place for young kids in my opinion (no kid menu) and Morton's obviously don't enforce a dress code. Normally I really don't care about stuff like that but when you drop $200 on a nice dinner it would be nice to have the atmosphere be a little nicer"

  • "Overall experience was good. One concern was that I had ordered a mixed grill which our server failed to mention it came with asparagus. Had he mentioned the asparagus, I would not have ordered a side of asparagus to accompany our entrees. Also when mentioning the deserts that must be ordered at time of ordering our main entrees because of time preparation, he had mentioned one of them was a soufflé. I had ordered the seasonal crisp because I had assumed the soufflé was going to be chocolate. I did not know there were other soufflés like lemon , raspberry etc.. otherwise I would have ordered one instead of a season crisp."

  • "This place is great. The food is excellent. The staff are friendly, but getting a cocktail was like pulling teeth. Sat down and had to order the drink menu because we didn't have one. Then we ordered our first drink and they didn't arrive for about 10-15 minutes, leaving us to chomp down on bread and water. We asked to keep a drink menu at our table and it was taken off our table about 3 times. We had to keep asking for it back. Despite having 4 people attending us, a water attendant, our waitress, and 2 overall managers checking in on us who would always check in when our drinks were full, but when they were empty...they sat empty for a good 10 minutes each time and probably took just as long coming back out. I just want a drink."

  • "The food is amazing. I started with the oysters Rockefeller, Braised Lamb Chops and shared a hot chocolate cake with my fiancé. She started with the 5 onion soup, and had the 6oz filet. It was busy being that it was a Holiday weekend and the day after Vday, however; I found the ambiance nice, but the noise level too high for what I like when trying to enjoy a romantic dining experience. The food however can make up for this if you are willing."

  • "Morton's didn't disappoint in the food category, very similar to Ruth's Cris, good steaks and prime rib, seafood with all the sides you would expect. The starter warm spinach salad was superb. The sauces served along side were adequate but nothing special. The portion sizes were quite nice and just right to share with 3 or 4 people. This location is right in the heart of Disneyland so there was lots of noise on a Saturday night and lots of kids. The entire staff were excellent - great service! They did an exceptional job regarding a birthday from having your name printed on a personal menu - they have someone take a photo and give it to you framed! They made a nice dessert with a candle and the overall attention was great."

  • "We have a wonderful time a Morton's! Love the remodel and we received special attention from all that served us! It was our 24th Wedding Anniversary and we felt extra special. The food was outstanding,we cannot wait to go back. We had the 48oz Porterhouse for two - it was wonderful! We also had cocktails - my favorite is the Chocolate Martini. We highly recommend this Morton location!"
