However, I requested for a quiet table for my wife's birthday but instead we were seated next to a big boisterous table of 12 !!! The kitchen would have been a much quieter place .   • "We were excited to try the new MArco Prime... It was a hit! From the scallop appetizer, steaks and our chocolate soufflé, we were not disappointed! The staff was outstanding and we loved the friendly interaction with the owners! My only recommendation would be to serve the soufflé with some whipped cream to cut the richness of the chocolate. Can't wait to return to Marco Prime!"

Lobster bisque was quite good as well as the salmon. They do not have a printed children's menu but they were able to accommodate my son. All in all a good evening."

  • "We were so happy to discover this place! Took the advice of those on Trip Advisor and made early dinner reservations. My husband had the bone in filet. AMAZING! It was beautifully presented on a bed of "Jenga" arranged home made steak fries, drizzeled with spinach and gouda! YUM! Cooked perfectly medium rare. I had the petite filet with a loaded baker. FABULOUS!! I don't have enough adjectives to describe how much we enjoyed it. The prices are what you would expect for this kind of quality. Make sure you also try the chocolate souffle for dessert. SPECTACULAR! If we lived in this area, I would make this place a frequent stop"

  • "Finally, a Naples level restaurant on Marco Island. The ambience was very nice. My group of four had three seafood dishes and one steak. Everything was prepared perfectly. Overall, a great experience. HOWEVER, be forewarned. The place is not cheap (nor crazy expensive). Dinner with drinks, tax and tip for four was $290. While that will be over the top for some, coming from Chicago, this is reasonable. Also, be aware that if you come here during high season, it will be packed to the gills and virtually every restaurant I've ever gone to will have some problems when they are cranking full tilt. It may be best to avoid it then, or going during an off time. For those of us that come to Marco often, it's a nice alternative."

  • "What a great evening. Very popular place and now I understand why. Incredible food, a very knowledgeable and attentive waitress and some great specialty drinks as well. (Try the Wild Berry Mojito!) You definitely have to make reservations, especially for large groups. Our reservations were for *;30 because we made them late in the day but when we got there we were seated promptly by a gracious hostess. Definitely will be going back!"

The food and atmosphere was very good and the restaurant is open to a plaza area with 3 other restaurants and stores which is very nice. Noise level inside is moderate and if you sit outside is energetic . The horse shoe bar outside is also excellent . Now , the main reason for a 4 star rating was the average Service. Hopefully it was just this visit as we will Try again"

  • "I had heard that this new restaurant was good but found it to be one of the best in Marco and even Naples. The evening started off great sampling the innovative cocktails. The service could not have better, attentive but not intrusive. The steaks, short ribs, pork shank and cold water lobster tails were excellent. Topped off by a few very good desserts. Returning this evening to share with our friends."

It was a little pricey but overall good in many ways. Food was very good along with the service and atmosphere. It was much better than CJ's on the bay which we also tried and was dissapointed with the food and service."

  • "We sat outside to have dinner. My husband ordered short ribs, he said they were so tender. It actually came with sides. I ordered a filet well done, I know not recommended. It was perfect and tender. My first steak on Marco That didn't get sent back! The sides did not come with it, but were very good. They congratulated us on our anniversary and brought Us out this chocolate cake that was awesome. I want the recipe!! Great waitress also, Guilia."

  • "We were disappointed. We have been dining at DaVinci, Marco Prime's sister restaurant, for 13 years and have never had a bad experience. At Marco Prime, the food is good, but not special, and overpriced. The service was so-so. The place was not full, but so noisy we could barely hear the waitstaff, compounded by the fact that the two servers both had very heavy Eastern European accents which were hard to understand. My elderly mother was with us and requested a table rather than a booth which really annoyed the hostess. She said there were no tables available despite the fact that we could see another room filled with tables. Since the area has a lot of elderly residents, it seems they could have been more helpful. I hope it improves."

  • "Chilean seabass, grn beans, mashed potatos excel. Sur- turf, aspargus, risoto VG. Bone in filet tasty but chewy, fries, spinach, onion rings. I reported this to an owner Luigi. All meals cooked the way we ordered. Luigi sent over 3 desserts to make up for the chewey filet.. Creme brulee, vanilla gelato & key lime pie excelent, presented creatively. Restaurant new with all the dinnerware, glassware, etc in exc. condition. Tables booths nicely done and ambiance very good. Reason rated 3 star, food most important. 1 Dish Exec.,. 1 VG, 1 chewy. Onion ring side cooked to perfection, firm, hot crisp, fluffy batter wonderful . Waiter knowledable, helpful, courteous, attentive, overall was excel. Parking problem, limited space, but have valet."
